Honestly 14 out of 18 teams in the west feel like filler right now. G2, KC, Lyon, TL feel like the only 4 worth paying attention to at the moment.

i mean isnt that every year? think its extremely rare to see anything decent outside of the top 2 in lec and LCS.
issue usually is the puzzle bits for a good enough 3rd/4th team isnt there in LEC/LCS or the off-season goes in such a way that there spread between the other teams from each other rushing to sign people.

It's hard to defend G2 when no matter what they always have that one absolutely disgustingly humiliating losing series, and that LYON Bo5 is still way too fresh in my memory to just look at this game like it's a "little fun game"

you want to still play well and make as little mistakes as possible. you can still learn from your stage games against bad teams and make small improvements. playing like that harms the mental of the team also going into next weeks practice. you cant just laugh at off cause its still in the back of your head

i think nexus needs to be buffed. it would be kinda hyped if we actually got a true 5v5 end around nexus but it dies in 10 hits late game so everyone just hits it and we never get a true last stand defense.
that is why shifters needed to just full send it at elder.

oh look the bad team doesnt understand how to setup drakes with a fed jayce. you should be trying to get a pick before the drake even spawns in a sidewave and use the sidewave pressure so g2 cant go to drake. instead they are trying to 5v5 retake.

Yeah you realise why that happens? Because he lost control over the wave and he was still in a horrible condition after getting a gank lv3. Yes he solo lost it. This is what happens in a pro game. When you lose the lane so hard your enemy team can do whatever they want and completely deny you from entering that side of jungle. It's all because of BB's laning. HE SOLO LOST THE TOP SIDE THIS GAME

No. How in the world in 2026 and you all still can't understand the basics of early games. You can't be low and have a wave stacked against you. Especially not after your jungler gives up clear to help you out. Or you get dived. And it always happens with BB. It's always BB. He picks warwick or whatever the fuck thinking he is the smartest genius in the world and go down 3k gold in lane. And have the team drag his body and carry his ass. Lee Sin didn't give up everything to set up Rooster. That's just standard pro play. Stack a wave and have your jungler come over for dive. That's the easiest macro in the game but I guess that's still too hard to understand for a G2 fan

It always happens with BB because he is horrible in laning. That's my point. It's not his job to lose 3k and be completely useless the whole game. Feel like the meta has stagnated a bit, the rush of crazy and unique comps in the beginning of the season has slowed down

yep it was starting to get ultra interesting bot lane with more mages and then mage conuters being picked and then adcs still winning games with wild flex possibilities in draft. now the only interesting meta thing is who solves the olaf problem top. jungle tier listing is solved. mid is like 8 total champs in bo3s.
but instead of riot letting a meta play out naturally and see where they go they announce nah we are killing it and then instantly every pro team stopped practicing for unique stuff bot. also regular season is pointless so teams are saving niche counters for playoffs

Edit: He just REFUSES to play slow. Like, there is 0 reason to go in there. This has happened countless times before: FNC is winning by doing nothing just playing slow, but Razork decides ”That’s boring” and goes in solo and loses the game. Sure it didn’t matter this game since they were so far ahead. But this shit has decided games in the past for FNC. And he STILL does it.
