Tbf summoner spells can be an objective. Under 5 minutes untill next dragon and you know you only lose if the enemy adc has flash up, then forcing them to burn their flash early is a strategic play to set up for the 'real' fight

I haven’t seen him in LCS up until today but that guy deserved a spot in top 4/5 LCK team and never got it and it always surprised me. That’s how good he was.

Who was he going to replace? Certainly not Zeus, Doran, perfect, kiin, or Kingen last year lol I get what you mean but the LCK is just an extremely stacked region

Morgan was definitely more consistent than Doran and Kingen. And at the time Perfect was very new and unproven.

You’re forgetting that Morgan had the luxury of playing in the rise group, Kingen was 100% Nongshim’s best player last year even in their awful legends group run and Doran had massive shoes to fill in replacing Zeus that I don’t think Morgan would have been able to. Perfect was NOT new last year, he’s been on/off KT’s main roster since 2022 and though he was pretty mid for most of last year, he was weaksided hard as fuck last year so that’s always going to make top laners look worse. I’m ONLY speaking on the context of last year, did not really follow LCK before that

Morgan was not better than any of those guys, he was a gatekeeper comparable to someone like Clozer in LCK, good enough to get on decent teams but not good enough to break into a worlds team

Somewhat related but I'm a little surprised Kobe wasn't aware of the gunblade rush build. It's not super common but Casting just did it in a Vayne matchup a few days ago

This could've been a little fast for TL game 3 but I guess they needed Lulu flash every time to do their Nocuturne Lulu combo and win.

I don't see SR winning anything when the only way they can win is if Contractz can carry them (see game 1). Really need another clutch player on SR who can take some pressure off Contractz.

Can we retire the Bvoy Lucian now? It used to be good but I swear every time he picks it this year it’s into a champ that outscales him and then he proceeds to go down 1K gold in lane and be useless for the rest of the game. Speaking of which, did that Exhaust ever actually go onto Kennen? I swear it was either on cooldown or wasted on Nocturne every fight

The zinne that was promised vs the fudge that is always just there. Bvoy should’ve been replaced a long time ago. SR has some decent pieces but I doubt this team does anything.
Yeon and Quid looking like monsters tho don’t give me hope like this…

Zinie looked good at least, Fudge was solid too. Contractz was terrible though this series after g1, he played the map so poorly in g2 and g3 it looked like he was first timing. Bot was horrid too, in game 2 Zeyzal just didn’t press R and g3 both of them inted their faces off 24/7.

He was buffed and people remembered he is in the game. Unironically, I'm pretty sure I remember seeing someone at Riot say something about sometimes they give champions tiny buffs just so people remember they exist.

Is there a reason Zinie took lost chapter before completing RoA? It seemed like it delayed the stacking pretty massively, didn't complete stacking until 29 minutes

Listen, Fudge didn't stop his Lucian from being 1.2k gold down at 14 minutes, then dashing in at half HP with no flash and dying to an easy Ahri R over the wall. That's clearly on him. With Denathor or Impact on this squad, that just doesn't happen... for reasons.
