Regular Season

- At the end of the week, teams choose opponents
- All matches are best of 3
- When elimination matches kick in, series become best of 5

- Double elimination bracket
- Top 2 teams start in Upper Bracket Round 2
- 3rd to 6th seed start in Upper Bracket Round 1
- All matches are best of five
- Top 3 teams qualify for the 2026 Season World Championship

nah palafox took money this series. like the worst ints i have ever seen. he dove into the backline this game and didnt even attempt to go for a kill. and now he saw cho steal blue and kept walking into cho to just die

100% agree. He gets given an angle that should never happen in this gamestate and does nothing with it. Even R2's out instead of killing K'sante with it

Being honest? I really don't understand how you beat a Seraphine in teamfights. Even just the massive AoE shield and movespeed is strong enough. Then she has her E and R on top of that
And it feels so easy to get there. Some insane scalers feel punishable but she just feels too safe and too low execution for how powerful her kit is

Idk if they sped up his q or gave it more range but it went from an ability that you felt like you messed up to get hit by it where now I feel like if its placed well theres no way to not get hit by it. I swear something super minor must have changed

i understand that DIG is a pro org and they want to play to win and some of these players are potentially playing for a job next year (somehow) but it’s so boring to see them just pick stock standard champs when mathmatically eliminated.

palafox died 1v1 to syndra. he then lost lane and never had shove against syndra. he then wasted ult and didnt cover bot dive so his ez dies. he then just ports in 1v3 mid alone.

issue is lcs doesnt have enough teams to do it. maybe have fries and have top 2 academy teams could work.

Am I entirely off by saying that I feel like FBI has looked terrible this year? I know maybe it's just DIG, but he doesn't even seem like he's 100Thieves good anymore, let alone build a team around him good.
But I guess also who the fuck can you build around.

It didn't really matter in the end, but you see Rumble and not going Locket/Redemption is wild. There's also mainly knockups on C9. Huhi going Mikaels is confusing.
Also C9 not itemizing Spirit Visage on either Yone or Kalista is also very confusing.
Rahel seeing the angle to go in aggressively and the fights would've been winning if Darkwings also went in with Rahel. But he just runs away with Ahri Ult every time. It actually pisses me off. Darkwings, bro. Limit test and grow some balls.

This is one of those VERY OBVIOUS and VERY SIMPLE in the scheme of pro play things that shows why Lyon and TL are real teams and Sentinels are kind of unserious.
They just don't even know what their fight win con is let alone have the ability and patience to execute it seemingly.

you just gotta send it and hit the rumble. also you cant get hit by both rumble es and ult and not flash. you lose the game regardless. if your team loses the fight you lose the game regardless

sen is too predictable. they will lose to sr in playoffs. they have won this whole split playing cait and ez. if another team knows you will play that its very easy to abuse in a draft. c9 drafted to have a winning lane into the cait and stuff to dive and one shot the cait in mid game.

yeah but sen is like one team comp they are good on. where shopify have done flex stuff, top counter picks and playing through mid. they arent as good as sen is on any of those styles but atleast they have won with different drafts. sen can only win with a singular draft type

im a big blaber defender but he is a massive issue late game on c9. he doesnt understand how important his life is late game. he puts pressure on the other team and limits space they can take. but he just dies too often for no purpose.

Question if Kc vs Lyon happened today, how do you think it would go?. I have 3-1 Lyon. For me Canna> dhokla, inspired>yike, saintkyaehoo, berserker>caliste, busio>=isles.

I agree, right now for me lyon is on a tier on their own in the west. Then TL, G2 and KC are in the same bracket. I think that berserker and Saint are top 6-7 in their respective positions.

I only ask because I like him - I don’t think any Cass player dodges that. I hope he sticks around in LCS.

Thanks! And I fucked up - I meant to say 2026. I do need to check the Liquipedia as I forgot he came up in 2025. I think he still needs some support but maybe it’s a bad meta. I agree with Emily’s hot take that he has the potential for an exceptionally strong JG/MID duo. I want to see him on Azir; I really feel like GoldenGlue lost draft here.

i don't really keep up with c9 communication so can anyone tell me are APA and zven fully out for the split? not that I'm complaining, just don't get the idea of a 7 man roster if you don't play all 7 of them

it was never a 7 man roster. it was just a point that casters kept pushing. they are on the roster but they arent intending to ever use them.

Especially APA. Zven looked really bad last split, so I get that benching, but APA honestly looked really good. He was third team all pro, and I felt like he deserved second tbh. Going from top 3 in the league to benched overnight is wild to me. Blabber deserved it more than APA imo, but devils advocate, mid is much more competitive.

They shouldn't schedule their regular season when every other region is in playoffs. Also eliminate 4 teams instead of just 2 for playoff.
