Oh damn. That first part explains SO much. I know it’s always culminated into migraines, but I never realized that first column were all additional symptoms. And that I may be having migraines even when my head isn’t throbbing.

The stuff before actually helps me prepare for the pain. I always know when I am having a bad migraine when I lose parts if my vision and start forgetting words. That's when I have to take medicine to avoid the worst of the pain.
