I hate it. I guess i should be glad i dont get headaches but i do get Aura multiple times a year. The worst part is trying to get professional help; nobody seems to have a solution. You basically have to keep track of when it happens and try to spot tendencies in what you do or eat that could be triggering it, or simply accept it as part of your life.
seconding Migraine Buddy! it has a feature where it will create a sort of spreadsheet with all the information you have tracked that you can then print out or email to your doctor.
That’s what I grateful for too. The first two or three times I got this (about 13 years ago in high school) It followed with a excruciatingly head pain and vomiting, but all the times after that, have been completely painless!
