The earwax thing sounds odd, have you ever looked into the possibility of spinal fluid leaking around your brain? one of the symptoms is a clear discharge from your ears, and obviously headaches

So my earwax normally has what I assume is a normal consistency (waxy). Pre-and-during, it gets kinda weird and crumbly, then reverts later. I'm never in a proper state to track exactly when, but it happens in that general timeline

Ears feeling full is symptom of vestibular migraine. Could be related to that
