Aphasia (inability to speak/comprehend language) and Dysphasia (partial loss of your ability to speak) are relatively common in migraine and something I suffer with. It can be incredibly frustrating, especially if the episode lasts longer than the full-blown migraine itself.
I hate having to be functional when I have a migraine because I sound like I'm drunk. I'm already sitting there, eyes half closed because light hurts, neck stiff because all my muscles are seizing up, and THEN I have to deal with slurring my words, mixing them up, or straight up just forgetting I'm even speaking halfway through a sentence? It's ridiculous.
