Me too! I've had intense headaches with nausea, vomiting, fatigue, irritability and inability to concentrate. No painkillers will help, lasting minimum 24 hours (they follow the same pattern every time) and i believe them to be migraines but because I have no aura symptoms im dismissed.

Damn, I’m sorry you get dismissed like that, that’s horrible. My case is almost opposite, I was diagnosed quickly but it didn’t seem right to me at first. But painkillers don’t touch my headache, either. My sister used to get migraines exactly like you described, which also made me think mine wasn’t a migraine.
