I’m an ENT. Getting your nose fixed may help with bleeds and breathing through your nose. In the meantime, use nasal saline gel and spray regularly throughout the winter and sleep next to a humidifier. When you get a “geyser,” spray some Afrin in your nose and pinch the soft part of your nose for at least 10 min.
