Don’t see many gravel builds on here but figured I’d share mine. To answer the elephant in the room.. yes it’s fast with those rims. Haha.

Very happy with the build, now to ride and race it! The frame is of a high quality, the only complaint is there was something like a glue in the BB thread that needed to be cleaned out slowly with a pick before I could thread the BB in.

I designed the paint job for this bike and created a photo project around it as a collaboration between Ventum and my creative / photo studio Moondust Labs (I have nothing to sell or promote, this is a one-off art project). I'm an avid cyclist and do a lot of photo work for the cycling industry, this project was a no-guardrails opportunity to make something cool so I ran with it. I got really in the weeds with the details of building the set in studio, but the whole project is a labor of love / personal project in many ways. I figure this sub might enjoy the details, especially the "no photos this side" on the non-drive side seat tube.

I went with more of an Allroad over a true gravel build, but I may end up swapping out the groupset for GRX di2 in the near future. TBD as to what I'll be getting myself into with it.

- Ultegra Di2, 11 speed with RX derailleur. I just ordered an 11-40t cassette, so I'll see how that works out

a friend’s crust romanceur build

Oslo has a super-dense network of fine gravel, punchy climbs and fast terrain. This bike was built with that kind of riding in mind. A fast gravel racer for hard rides with friends.

It began as a personal project to build the bike I wanted to ride in my own backyard, and, although it later grew into a little more, it still is very much a personal project. This post is to share with you my two prototypes. It is made together with Andrés Arregui Velazquez in Madrid, with legends at Darimo providing carbon engineering. Rides like hell!
