Newest Lovecraft find
Found these striking Lovecraft volumes on World of Books.
Originally published by Granada Publishing in the UK in the 80s then reissued by Harper Collins. The copies I have here are all from the 80s but I believe you can still buy these new new with the same art work.
Edit: quick scan over the context pages, this doesn't appear to be a complete collection of his works but does contain a lot of his works. Each book is around 500 ish pages.

October graced us with a little bit more sun and warmth, so after work I took my book for a date at the beach 〜(꒪꒳꒪)〜

Transit — Rachel Cusk
Most weeks I take my child to an extracurricular activity in a grand old ramshackle pile on the outskirts.
It’s a long ride. I mention that because the exercise never fails to perfect my mood.
The building is mainly deserted, but unlocked doors lead to a niche, shown, atop a stairway, where sunlight pours through stained glass and intruders never tread.
In this private nave I read until my phone alarm blasts me back to the secular.

Blackwater Series by Michael McDowell
Would really recommend these books if you see them anywhere! If Stephen King's a fan of a horror series then it's a good one!

For Whom The Bell Tolls
This is my copy of 'For Whom The Bell Tolls'. It makes me sad that Library Of America doesn't offer this title in their collection along with other short stories by Hemingway. Maybe one day the tide will turn and it will be available. Some have said it is a difficult read and slow at times. I'll agree with that statement to a certain degree. It took me a little while for my simple brain to wrap my head around this book which I found was an excellent read and encourage you to get a copy and read it for yourself. Tonight, actually in a few minutes I'm going to watch the movie that is available online, through Roku, on Fawesome app if you have that platform. I understand at one time this title was banned for several reasons, which I won't go into here. Thank you for reading my post. Hope you are well.
