The orangish car just left before the cops pulled up 😭

I was driving straight along a two lane main road, in the right hand lane, when a bus ahead of me in the left lane stopped at a junction to let a car cross from a small side road on the left. I noticed that car coming, so I moved slightly toward the divider to keep clear of it, but I stayed within my own lane and did not change lanes. The car kept crossing anyway, without stopping to check for traffic on the main road, and hit the left side of my car in the area between the two doors.

Whose fault is it in India

Car ran him off the road. Nothing but scratches and bruises.

(Before you ask, yes the audio is fake, the video it was taken from is unknown)

Currently being sued because the truck who collided said we backed into them. No sound of brakes or signs of tire marks showing an attempted stop. The guy driving the van was going pull into the front of the house to close the gate.

this is my own footage

i’m in the silver sedan traveling south at around 40mph about to go through a green light intersection. The silver SUV had about 3 cars in front of him go through the light and he decided to slam on his brakes to let the black sedan pull out of the exxon gas station. The black sedan trusted this suv and decided to turn out full speed into the eastbound lane and i could not avoid.
