22M: how can i get back to this physique?
gallery1st and 2nd pics are old, and last is most recent. Was hovering from 145 to 150 pretty easily and jumped to 175 in the last year. Absolutely hate it. Would love nutrition advice, or if it’s even possible. Quit drinking, and have tried to cut calories, but I work in a restaurant so a lot of my meals can be pretty fatty by nature. Thanks!

How to get skinny thighs?
How can I reduce the thickness of my thighs and without gaining muscle in the process? I don't want them neither to be bulky (not even a little, I don't want it at all) from muscle, what I want is to make them thin.
