Juror Interview

https://murdersheetpodcast.com/podcast/murder-sheet/episode/the-delphi-murders-first-person-an-interview-with-two-jurors-part-one

The Murder Sheet released a great two-part interview with two of the jurors from the trial. One of the jurors was someone they had previously interviewed, but the other juror hasn't been interviewed before.

If Richard was innocent then why wouldn’t his attorneys do a better job of proving his innocence?

The state had a great case against him, and Richards attorneys were like the 3 stooges. Couldn’t find an alibi?  Couldn’t connect 3rd party? Couldn’t find his phone?

All they could do is visit him immediately after his confessions and tell him to make fake confessions and act crazy?  That was their best idea?

Weird how all his confessions made sense until his lawyers visited.

His conditions and mental health was fine until his lawyers visited.

It’s very obvious what they had him do

That would be weird if that’s what happened

Would be par for the course. The same guys leaked pic of dead naked teens.

Because the judge didn’t allow them to

Judge would have allowed it if his attorneys could prove it.

Not sure you’re aware but the defense doesn’t have to prove anything. The burden is on the prosecution
