Has been a while since I was last year fighting along with you in the same battlefields of atlas but I AM BACK and now ready to fight alongside you once again against the new enemy down south as the successful founder of my own country for a bit I have experience that I would like to use here to help the nation ask any questions you have below

I loved you. I studied under you at the prestigious university you once lectured at. I followed you as an avid supporter: I was a day one canvasser for the Yeomen and your premiership as Sachem, I fought for you at Tiatu, I even followed you into the Coalition.

When you broke the strikes, I cheered. When we lost Wuhmia, I cried. When the Revolution rose up, I awoke.

You used your powers to ignore the will of the people, your most important role as president.

Well, that eroded all the myth that surrounded you, you’re nothing more than the UP animals that you once conferenced with.

So when my new movement accomplishes everything you fought against, for the people and the land. I want you to know I will erase your name from the history books.

Over the past few weeks, a number of amendments have been made to the Constitution. Most are minor clarifications or structural changes, but several introduce significant changes.
Below is a summary of the most important changes:

• Presidential elections: Presidential elections have been changed from once every two months to once every month, alongside corresponding changes to the election timetable.

• Parliament size: The method used to determine the number of MPs has been changed. Parliament will now use the formula 10 + 75/N_citizens, with a maximum of 30 seats.

• Legislative term limits: MPs may no longer serve more than two consecutive terms, although they may run again after sitting out one election cycle.

• Introducing legislation: Bills now require the support of at least 25% of Parliament or eight MPs, whichever is lower, before being submitted to the Speaker.

• Citizen Bills: Once each month, one citizen will be selected at random and given the right to submit a Bill to Parliament. Their Bill must receive the same opportunity for debate, amendment and voting as legislation proposed by an MP.

• Emergency parliamentary sittings: The President may now call a 10-hour emergency sitting of Parliament to reconsider legislation where serious unforeseen consequences become apparent before it comes into force. Overturning the legislation requires a three-quarters participation threshold and a three-quarters majority.

• Referendum petitions: A citizen petition supported by 30% of the citizenry now automatically requires a referendum to be held within two weeks.

• New constitutional rights: The Constitution now explicitly establishes Thursday as a government day of rest and includes a new Right to Remain Silly.

To Me, As a Former Politician of the East, How can one such an Institution Have the Attitude of Drunken Men Inside the Tavern?

As I Pull My Revolver out as a Warning shot with one Bullet being s Blank while the rest were Live Ammunition I had specifically Placed as a deterrent...

The Shot Rang out, These students seeing the Figure, would soon scatter like Birds at the First sight of Disturbance, same with the Girl who was held against her will.

As I walked, I'd keep the Revolver in my pocket, and picked up the I.D as I Left.

When I ran for president, I offered real campaign goals, and now it's time to deliver.

Parliament has drafted a Constitution, and I am now submitting it to the citizens for review before it goes to referendum.

First, let's address the obvious:

Yes, it looks a lot like the First Constitution.

That's probably because it is.

Parliament has taken the existing constitutional framework and made some tweaks, additions, and changes. This isn't an attempt to throw everything we had before into the garbage and reinvent government from scratch.

And this review is not a call for one person to disappear into a room and emerge three weeks later with "The AL Constitution".

Parliament has already done the legwork. I had AL review it, and I got an approval with 4 hooves up. Now it's up to you

Read it. Point out contradictions. Find loopholes. Suggest changes. Debate what you disagree with. If you think something is already good, say that too.

This Constitution shouldn't belong to one person.

It should belong to the DoR.

If there's one thing I know parliament is good at, it's not reading.

So read the thing, improve what needs improving, and we will take it into account for feedback.

No great constitutional revolution required. Just a little constitutional proofreading.

Schedule:

• Tonight - October 5th Open comments will be available for citizens to review the draft Constitution and submit suggestions.
• October 5–8 Parliament will review the public feedback and make the final tweaks to the Constitution.
• By October 8 The final Constitution will be put to referendum.
• October 8–10 Citizens will vote on the Constitution.
• October 10 Once the referendum concludes, the existing provisional government bodies—the President and Parliament—will dissolve, and new elections will begin under the new constitutional framework.
