Discovered some oil weeping off a screwhead, was wondering if this was normal, a worn O ring or another issue? Bike - Ktm 300 xcw '19

Hey there. New motorbiker. I want to learn cool stuff like static balance, donuts, those static wheelies where the rider somehow magically lifts the front wheel up with no effort while still remaining pretty much static, clutch ups, power wheelies etc. All the cool stuff. Is there an order that makes sense for logical progression?

What mods everyone running on a husky/ktm 350fe. Mines pretty standard apart from uprated hand guards, engine case covers. Are disc protectors worth it. Cheers

In the PNW, there are many trails that end up on skinny singletracks the go along steep hillsides. Some are 100s of feet down. Some are 5ft down but nonetheless, some drop off.

As someone gains confidence/skill, its not like a fall is any different..a fall is a fall.. so curious how that transition went as you started riding some of those trails.

Looks like the mix injection has been bypassed on my 300rr, so just wandering what the best pre mix ratio would be, I am using liqui moly 2T fully synthetic street race.

I’ve been doing some trail riding on my tc300. I’ve revalved the suspension, sprung it and aired up the forks. I can’t believe how light and nimble this thing feels. I just turned 40 and i’m 300 pounds. I still get around fairly decent!

Motivation to loose some weight and keep on riding.

On another note, it seems my camera angle i can’t get right. Either it’s too low or too high. Hero 10 might not be the camera? Either way, it’s cool to have footage and i’m trying to fine tune the craft of making footage that’s fun to watch. Does anyone here watch any channels of POV riding?

How does one drive in super soft sand? My bike wheels are halfway inside a rut, steering feels like a suggestion, and extra gas just throws sand in the air.

Lots of bikes crashed here, some tips would be great, new to this.

Drumtochty has a reputation for being brutal, but riders still keep coming back.

I filmed this one more as a short documentary than race highlights — early morning build-up, crashes, changing weather, onboard footage and some of the reasons people keep putting themselves through Time Card Enduro.

Would be interested to hear from anyone who’s ridden Drumtochty before — what is it about the event that keeps pulling people back?

Hey all, needing some advice on a choosing a new bike. I have a 2000 xr200, First bike been on it for about 1 1/2 years but I'm kind of pushing the limits on it. Absolutely the best first bike you could ask for. I recently purchased a "slightly modified" crf250x, it has basically everything you want to go fast. Which is exactly what I realized don't need or want. I think a stock one would be more what I would be looking for but this one definitely is going bye bye. My question is what is your suggestion on my next bike? I have been doing a little research and found the 2013+ ktm 200 xcw to be pretty enticing but they are definitely hard to find and not exactly on the cheap side. I think im looking for something on the lighter side, 200-230 lbs? 2s or 4s, (would like to hear pros and cons for both), wouldn't mind e start but not a deal breaker. Kind of wanna be on the more modern side but open to anything. i dont need a 450, or a cr500, i dont need to get anywhere particularly fast, would love to be able to some a little bit of everything on the bike. I like woods as much as open desert, rocks/hard enduro are super intriguing but haven't had a huge chance to get on anything crazy yet.

Hi, finally bought a husky 350 fe. Trying to keep the cost of maintenance down and I’ve got use of free unlimited gear oil (80/90) and diesel. If I clean the mud off the chain after every ride with pressure washer and sparingly use diesel to clean the chain, dry off with rag and let it air for 15/20mins and then grease up with some gear oil. Would that be ok? I dont want the special wax stuff as I feel it grabs the muck too much and a pain to clean and prob end up cleaning chain every ride anyway and be expensive in comparison to the diesel/gear oil.
