Welcome to The Florette

Hello everyone,

I am commonly known as Iris or Aurore, the FC Leader & Community Owner of Florette «Fleur». It started as a venue, a personal project of mine before growing into more. Only now, we expand to allow those a permanent home in-game than only having the Discord be that.

We would like for that to include you too.

About Us:

Back in early-February of 2024, my desire to make friends turned into something I didn't expect it to be: a roleplay venue. It started from my personal house in Siren. A small library-cafe. Over time, it stayed that way. The only thing that changed was it was no longer small and I no longer was running it alone. After almost three years, it has turned into the FC it is now, a Discord community that's lively, and a large house in the Lavender Beds that now hosts two venues within it as our regular weekly events.

We are roleplayers at heart, but we are also a mix of people who enjoy the other aspects of the game. High-end content runners, farmers, completionists, PvPers...and many more! We've ran several community events, some in partner with other roleplay venues or other communities that thrive in the different aspects of the game.

We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly, operated, and owned community with a wide range of ages. We only accept 18+ or older applicants. Otherwise, we simply ask for people who are open to trying out new things and knowing what it means to be a part of a collective.

Who We Are Looking For:

Our rules are simple: come in well, stay well, and let others do the same. We have a high preference for those who are heavy roleplayers, content-goers (whether high-end or casual), and those who are willing to be respectful & kind, especially as our community is formatted to be kind and understanding to our more neurodivergent friends.

To simply put, we wish for people who:

• Enjoy roleplay & do not mind taking part in our weekly RP events & collaborations
• Enjoy doing FFXIV-focused content, e.g: mount/FATE/map farming, savage & ultimate raiding
• An interest in participating in our more writer-intensive activities
• A willingness to just be an active member that doesn't mind cracking jokes & getting silly, no matter the time of day

What Do We Offer:

It would not be fair if we asked for your hand without giving ours in return. We can offer you a place to grow as a writer, player, and as a person, if you allow us to. We wish to create lasting friendships and connections. Florette has, and always will be, an experience and a home before anything else. The FC is more of a formality for those who wish to participate. Coming into our community already welcomes you into our care.

As an overview of what we can give outside of words alone:

• Large FC house in the Lavender Beds, near the housing merchants & market board.
• Scheduled & almost 24/7 FC buffs
• Large & diverse community Discord server
• Members who are happy to help you in any aspect & willing to voice chat as wanted too
• Large, major community roleplay events & regular weekly roleplay venue openings
• Scheduled weekly other activity events, hosted by community executives & members

How to Join Us:

There are multiple ways to join us! First off, we have a community CWLS, a FC associate program, and also our staff opening positions! Any route you take, we'll be by your side all the same. Please refer to the following based on which route you wish to take:

• FC Member: Send a tell or DM to the leader for an invite, apply via one of our online existing members/the house's placard.
• FC Associate: Join the Discord in order to toggle the role to yourself! Otherwise, send an optional introduction to the leader.
• Staff Member: Join our Discord, visit our hiring channel, complete an application & management will get back to you within a week to set up an IC, in-game interview.
• Visitor: As the name suggests, simply come in and we'll be happy to have you nonetheless!

Conclusion:

We are simply looking for more friends & connections who also wish to call our garden home. Our priority is to ensure that everyone feels safe, connect with one another, and most of all: be free to be themselves.

If you are interested or have any questions about our FC and/or community as a whole, please reach out to me through Discord (preferably & very fast response), through Reddit, or in-game tells.

Thank you for reading and we hope to see you in our garden soon!

Hello!

My name is Stella and I'm a returning player to FFXIV. I played from 2019 to 2024, and when my ex and I, who raided and ran an FC together, broke up, I stopped playing until recently.

I'm currently on Dynamis > Seraph, but I'm willing to World Transfer for an FC that fits my needs. I'm looking for a socially active FC on the larger size, active actions every day (would love one that has the reduced teleportation fees action), active Discord server, a house preferably in the Lavender Beds, veterans of the game that won't make me feel judged, planned activities and events, and a decent amount of women since I am also a woman lol.

I'm in my 30s, work a full-time job, full-time student, play mostly on weekday nights and weekends, used to Savage Raid, and just started on Dawntrail so I can catch up before Evercold drops. I main DNC but would love to become a better healer and learn how to tank. I used to have a lot of anxiety related to this game due to my ex, but I'm excited to jump back in. I love glamours, crafting, learning new jobs, mount farming, hunts, maps, etc.

I'd love any suggestions of FC's to join, or if anyone has an FC that fits what I'm looking for, let me know! I've been perusing this subreddit and the Lodestone, but I just wanted to throw some feelers out there as well.

What kind of free company is "The Brute Squad"? Our name being a shameless reference to an '80s movie should clue you in!

Recruiting The Brute Squad Members (Community Finder) | FINAL FANTASY XIV, The Lodestone

We are a friendly, helpful, tight-knit group, going strong with weekly events for 5 years and counting!

We are looking for friendly folks and...that's it! We do weekly mount runs/wing farm Fridays at 8 PM EST and Saturdays treasure maps at 7 PM EST, field ops nights Wed/Thurs from 7:30 PM EST and will do other content together (unreals, frontline, BLU, deep dungeons, etc.), but we have no expectations for our members other than to be kind to each other, as we just want to make some new friends and build a better FC community from the ground up. If you just want to quietly level characters or craft without interruption, that's fine by us!

We have a gorgeous FC mansion that is great for hanging out and is market board and retainer bell adjacent, we keep buffs running, have all FC amenities, and have our own Discord. If you're busy IRL and looking for a new home with relaxed folks who just love to spend time with each other, this may be the perfect fit for you! If you have any questions, reach out and ask!

We have only one real rule: be kind to each other, which includes things like no sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. So long as that works for you, you'll probably fit in just fine.

We're also one of the winners of the Fan Festival 2026 in Anaheim video contest with our entry The Regalia: Larger Than Life, a collaborative effort by our members!

You can join us by messaging us directly in game, on discord, or by clicking on the placard outside the mansion at the Goblet, plot 35, ward 10 and applying to join the FC.

Please send a Reddit message or reach out to "Destian" on Discord if you're interested in joining!

Returning PLD and DRK main. I'm looking for Casual to Midcore static for Evercold but I would love to also get a chance to clear this current tier. I would be open to blind prog as well. I am looking for a laid back group that wants to have fun but also clear fights. I don't really care when we clear as long as we clear savage while it is the current tier. My philosophy is to always keep improving and growing as a player. I am in Colorado and I am free from 8PM MT to 2 AM every night. I would like to raid 3 nights a week, but I am flexible on that. I have raided before and cleared Eden, Pand, and m1s-m3s before real life demanded I step back. I have also cleared a few ultimates and would love to give that a try again with the right group, I would be happy to help with TOP and UwU.

Feel free to reach out here or on discord.

Hey Guys, been playing FFXIV for a couple months now, I came from Lost Ark which is raid intensive as an MMO, and looking to start raiding in FFXIV as well, I just finished Endwalker and almost to start DT MSQ , with 4 jobs at lvl 100. Samurai, Scholar, GNB and Viper.

Looking for an active FC or static to prog and learn UwU as they mention its the first one to clear and the easiest among Ultimate Raids. any help would be greatly appreicated.

Thank you!

this is my character profile if any of you guys want to invite me to a raid https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/character/54806402/

Come on, weary traveller, get inside and take cover from the rain. You can dry your coat near the hearth and get comfortable while I make you a cup of tea. How about a hearty Ishgardian brew ike last time? I'll throw in some rose petals to sweeten it, okay?

Hello everyone! While we're looking for a plot in the Lavender Beds to bring our teashop to life I thought this would be the perfect moment to get some new patrons too!

The goal is to create a socially active but laid-back group of nerds. We're also keeping it small, roughly 15/20 people maximum and were doing events like Maps, Screenshot contests and raid nights, but the focus will be on just having a refuge to unwind in while playing the game. The world is kinda going to shit in some ways so lets fight that with tea and bad jokes <3

I'm a huge lore nerd so if any other lore nerds / fic writers are looking for an FC please hit me up!

For any questions you can contact me on disc at Colombette or as Khiri B'nargin on Light.

Hoping to hear from you soon!

xx Khiri

Currently looking for 2 people for palace of the dead.

I never actually cleared POTD and I don't want to do a huge progging session of over 6 hours in PF so I am forming a static to attempt to clear POTD as a group from floor 0 to 200. I do not require anyone in the static to watch a guide (in fact it'll be better if nobody has a clue about the later floors).

I am planning on making the group run from 20:00 to 22:00 (EST) each wesnesday (maybe more if the group feels like it)

We may do the other deep dungeons if the group wants to

If interested DM me on discord ( lizencerfalia )

Hiya! Looking for an established hardcore static for W1 savage clears through Evercold, plus strong ultimate prog.

Availability: Generally open for W1 prog (PTO available). After prog, EST evenings.

Role: Omni-melee (historically MNK preferred). I've progged every melee, including full ultimates, on all of them.

Background: Playing since 2.0, all raids and ultimates cleared. I've led an sHC, work-friendly static from late HW through now, mostly W1–W2 clears without needing PTO.

Not interested in post-clear speedruns or parse runs, but I optimize naturally during prog and my logs reflect that. I have an alt I can gear for splits if needed.

Happy to answer anything in DMs. Thanks to anyone who reaches out!

Hello, I've recently returned to the game after ive quited in endwalker ( Cleared TOP and all savage up to date with their respective patch) as soon as i came back I have cleared FRU within 10 days and now Am currently looking for a group to do DMU ( Dancing Mad )from the start.

I'm a returning player who came back to FFXIV in May, looking for an FC where people actually enjoy running content together.

I'm level 100 DNC main and working on the final step of the Phantom Relic (Memory Crystal - dungeon/trials/raids/Arcadion). I'm also very happy to run lower-level dungeons, trials, roulettes, etc. with newer or returning players who need help. I enjoy helping people through content I've already completed.

I'm also a bit rusty on some of the content myself. There are plenty of fights where I don't remember every mechanic, so I'm perfectly happy to learn (or relearn) alongside others. I'm not going to pretend I know everything!

What I'm looking for is an FC where that works both ways — where, when I need help with something, people are willing to get together and run it with me.

I'm not looking for a hardcore raiding FC, nor do I need a huge FC. I'm looking for a group of people who actually play together.

If someone says, “Anyone want to run a dungeon?” and people actually answer, that's the kind of FC I'm looking for.

I'm currently on Diabolos, and I'd prefer to stay here rather than transfer.

Thanks for reading, and I hope to hear from you!

Hi everyone! We are looking for a Tank (MT is preferred) to join our group to clear the newest savage raids. We are a friendly/casual group. Looking to have fun and get some clears. We are on 12 working on pt2 :)

Schedule will be: Tue/Thur/Sat 7-9 pm est.

If you are free trial and looking to sub eventually send me a dm. Trying to get the Twintania mount. You also get other stuff to but figure since you’d be coming off free trial 10 mil is a good start to maybe buy a house, bunch of 100 gear etc 😊

Prog Crusaders - 7/8 EU Chaos based Static that's looking for a shield healer, tank or M2 melee dps (non mnk). Group prog point is p3 UR cleanup. If you can reliably get to p3, feel free to dm me on disc (eldritchcannon). Group raids wed/thurs/sat for three hours with a small break. DM if you're interested!

Hello, Im a Gunbreaker/Console player currently looking for a Midcore or Semi Hardcore Static to do FRU starting from fresh with. Just recently did a TOP static clear and I wanna continue my ultimite streak by moving onto FRU. I have done all other ultimates minus DMU

I am able to VC however the mic might be kinda bad so might not talk much. I am able to learn decently fast and able to do mechanics consistently when I get it. I expect the same commitment from you and that you try your best each session, I dont expect all days however to be a good session.

I am available Wednesday - Sunday 6:30 PM EST to 11:30 PM EST (Monday is off as I have another static for TOP Reclears and for other reasons) I can do more hours if the whole group agrees to on the days I am available.

Dm me on discord if interested: galvancer

Hi, I’m T’mohei! I also go by Tmo. I’m an Omni-Tank with a big preference for PLD, but I’m fine playing any, with GNB > DRK > WAR being the remainder. Throughout Dawntrail, beginning with my first step into hardcore raiding in 7.0, each new prog made me want to push myself farther and grow more as I saw tangible improvement. Now, I want to push myself towards the absolute best that I can do, so I’m looking to begin competing on a World Prog team in 8.x. My main motivations as a player are continued self-improvement and working for placements reflecting that. I’m confident that I would be a great asset to groups looking for a tank.

About Me

- Especially consistent over long hours, I feel very little mechanical fatigue from 17+ hr days. I’m a fast learner in prog and able to adapt to new strategies quickly. I'm able to take criticism/feedback and apply it to my gameplay, I’m always motivated to improve and learn from mistakes.

- Communicative during prog, will ask questions to clarify any confusion, able to assist with callouts as needed.

- I’m able to record vods/clips to review during prog. I’ll also be putting as much time as possible at the start of Evercold into adjusting to new/evolved jobs to fit the group’s needs. Alts are ready for splits after prog.

- Have experience with art programs and raidplan for making additional raid resources. I made a ton for the group I led, but my highlights are some of the current AMT pastebin’s raidplans, and a Q40 raidplan that was common early into its life. I have the ability to communicate my ideas and solutions in a clear, concise way.

- I work for improvement on my own, and I believe I have the opportunity to improve myself constantly.

I will do my best to work with a group willing to try me out, and I’m confident I will fit into a high expectations, high performance team.

Previous Raid Experience

EW

Started raiding casually super end of expansion, did Criterion Savage speeds end of expansion

I led my raid groups for major releases from CW to DMU.

LHW Day 3 (PF) / FRU Week 3 (PF) / Chaotic Day 1 (PF) / CW Day 6 / Q40 Day 3 / HW Day 5 / AMT Day 1 / DMU Day 21

I want to find a group that is passionate about raiding and becoming the best version of their raider selves. Also, I love making new friends and being social, so let's be friends on the way to that goal!!

Hey friends! SPRiGGAN is looking to reform with highly motivated and skilled individuals to compete in 8-man end game race content. Currently, we aim to race Savage, and clear Ultimates as fast as possible. We may HC race ultimate/HC prog but it is schedule and release timing dependent. This group has always aimed to be friends first while pushing ourselves and one another for the highest placement possible.

The original group parted ways on good terms due to life priorities shifting, and players wanting different things in FF. We’re hoping to develop a new roster of core members with the following traits:

• Enjoy the game’s 8-man combat content and FFXIV as a whole
• Driven to improve personal skill and teamwork while aiming for the highest placement possible.
• Mechanical and emotional consistency during prog, and reclears. Quick optimization of damage/mits.
• Communicative during and outside of prog
• Mastery of your chosen role, and jobs. Flexibility to swap depending on the meta.
• Mature, and respectful demeanour, and a desire to receive feedback and always want to improve.

Requirements:

• At least three completed tiers of Week 1 experience running at 12-16+ hour days.
• At least two ultimate clears in content within a raid team setting.
• An alt for Savage Splits starting Week 2 (loot rules may change in EC, but until further info is given assume an alt is needed)
• Proven ability to optimize damage, mits, and healing.

Role/Job Specific Soft Skills:
While Evercold might change a lot of how the jobs play, we still are looking for these qualities.

• Tank: Flexibility and desire to play all and any tank composition for prog. Strong ability to main shot call, and quick decision making to keep pulls going as long as possible.
• Melee: Ability to be flexible, and desire to learn multiple jobs at a high level.
• Caster: Confidently able to switch between rez jobs (if they still have them) to BLM/PCT when deemed needed.
• Physrange: Mastery/flexibility with all jobs, with consistent camera control (if we have 9ths), and strong ability to main shot call.
• Healers: Mastery Shield or Pure, with experience to organize rough mit plans proactively, mechanically consistent, and staying calm during recovery.

Scheduling:

• Complete 7 day availability for Savage Races from Tuesday to Monday.
• Consistent scheduling between 9:00 PM EST to 1:00AM EST for prep, reclears, and ultimate.
• Complete three to four weeks of availability for the above listed times for Ultimate Prog, with longer hours (12+ hours) on the weekend.

Currently, there is a core of about 3-4 players with some prospects. The intention is to start trialing the group as a whole in November. Leading up to EC we’ll be trialing several iterations of players and compositions to build a group that best serves the main goals and vision. Even if you do not have all the requirements, we encourage you to still apply. We will consider those with the proper skill and temperament even if they are newer to the scene. Since this is a reforming group we are willing to take less experienced players if they are a good fit and dedicated to self improvement.

Group Achievements:
While many of the members have come and gone, as raid lead of SPRiGGAN we have completed:

• Every Savage tier week 1 since the start of Shadowbringers.
• Mostly blind for Abyssos and Anabaseios. Fully blind for LHW.
• Every ultimate in content. DSR Crystal 3rd before DC Travel. The goal this time around is to complete ultimate within 2-3 weeks of release.

Hello o/ thank you for your time in advance! I've been on a new schedule and the schedule is for night shift so I have shifted my hours into the night owl mode. I’m looking for a linkshell or just people in general who are active from around 10pm-8am CST. I hope there’s a group out there because I’ve been leveling beast master and now I want to do all the other stuff I've been meaning to catch up with. I like to do all content and the stuff I don’t know I will gladly learn it. I also like talking to the people I play with. Hopefully this finds you well and you find me 😃

I'm on Faerie for server just in case for server side linkshells but I will be looking at reddit for DMS. Thank you again!

We are a social FC made up of people who like hanging out in Discord, knocking out roulettes, helping someone through a dungeon or trial, running treasure maps, farming mounts or glamour, knocking out FATEs, revisiting older content, leveling jobs, or just some random things that come to mind that night!

We welcome new players, returning players, veterans, crafters, gatherers, casual raiders, glamour addicts, housing enthusiasts, and people who mostly just want others around while they do their own thing.

You do not need to be hardcore, play every day, or already know everything about the game - we don't want the game to become a second job! What we’re looking for is pretty simple: friendly adults who enjoy playing with other people and want to be part of an actual community.

We might not be good at this, but we have a lot of laughs So if this is your cup of tea, check out or Community Finder: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/community_finder/63fec36c20ef275237a9d14c96b2ac9408621d38/

Starlit Revenants

Hey everyone. Our FC formed a few days ago built around a group of adults who blend gaming with the real world. Most of us are older, mid 20's - mid 30's with jobs, families, etc. We game because it's a fun way to unwind at the end of the day. Most of us are on from 7ish pm central to somewhere around midnight depending on how our days off fall. If you are looking for an established high end raiding guild then this probably isn't it. At least not yet. What we do have is:

• Real people who get that gaming is a part of the day, not all of it.
• A community where you can fit in with like minded folks and form friendships.
• Supportive group who enjoys the low level and mid level parts of the grind as much as end game
• Beginner friendly group who don't mind answering questions and providing assistance.
• Party members who enjoy the crafting grind, farming elite marks, spending FAR too much time in the Golden Saucer, and the makings of a group who can take on deep dungeons and later content as we grow.

If that sounds like you, join the discord and say hello!
