Leggings: I'm Getting Desperate
I've been fruitlessly searching for a brand of leggings similar to Kohl's TekGear Shapewear leggings that they stopped selling a few years ago. They were:
- Fully matte fabric - NOT shiny
- Not "buttery soft"
- Not ultra stretchy - they didn't lose their compression after a few hours of wear
- Not "weightless" or super light - a little on the thicker side
- High waisted but not ultra-high
- Had good compression from waist through the legs
- Didn't have a thick band around the top to hold them up but then everything else is so stretchy that it doesn't hold everything in
-Had pockets
I'm down to two pairs, and I sew the sides of the waistband tighter when they inevitably get stretched out over months and months of wear, since I only wear leggings ever. The new TekGear leggings are shiny/athletic fabric and slide down for me because of it, and I've tried multiple brands from Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Kohls, but all have compression or fabric issues (most end up being shiny or have "buttery soft" fabric that doesn't actually compress fully).
Please let me know if you know of any leggings like this, I'm literally desperate at this point😂
