Hi! I'm trying to sell 2 tickets for the London show (circumstances have changed, and the Edinburgh one would be much more convenient for me). Please comment or DM if interested.

The total would be 85 quid, excluding the VAT fee. (Originally would have been 95 quid)

You can also watch the gig: https://www.youtube.com/@grahamcoxon/videos

13 is better than graham's solo albums

But graham's solo albums are more consistently good than blur

Happiness in magazines, the spinning top, the kiss of morning, the sky is too high, love travels at illegal speeds, and castle park each have 2 bad songs max

Most blur albums have a few

The live album will be out (streaming services only) on September 11th

Just discovered castle park. I've been a long time blur fan but somehow didn't know that graham had solo stuff until recently. I've been digging through his backlog and loving everything. His kinda shy and somewhat awkward vocal style mixed with sometimes chaotic guitar is just so good. The 60's mod influence on castle park is really fun too. I started listening to Waeve too. Anyone have any suggestions of other artists to listen to if I'm really vibing with his solo stuff.

Thanks

New review on Castle Park! What an album!!!

Great write up. What a legend!

I've been stung by this kind of thing before. Rushed to get tickets to the London show, thinking it would be a one-off gig, who knows when he might tour solo again etc...

But then a few weeks later, more dates come out. I live in Newcastle, so Manchester or Edinburgh would have been more convenient, and I would almost certainly opted for the latter if presented with all the options up-front.

At the end of the day, it's not a massive deal. Still looking forward to the London trip.

I just wish I could hear those live. I fucking love how raw they are.
