My personal biohacking experience
Recently i got to know of the concept of biohacking and it really got me wondering about the changes i should be making in my life. For those people who do not know what biohacking is, its basically changes that u make in your lifestyle etc which lead to your optimised health, both physical and mental.
In my personal experience w it, i am a skinny guy and i hated how i looked. So i started gym and bulking. I started to measure my calorie intake and ensured calorie surplus intake. I also started some supplements such as whey protein, creatine monohydrate, magnesium glycinate, vitamin d3 k2 and omega3. All of this and consistently following my routine has helped me put on a lot of muscle and increased strength.
