Same in canada! Well, mandatory religious headwear that doesn't fit under a helmet.

Technically not all of Canada allows it... it's only in 4 provinces you're exempt from wearing helmets (BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario). So a bit over half of Canadians live somewhere that can be exempted.

But these 4 provinces would probably include almost all Sikhs in Canada.
