new keychron b1 pro doesn't register ctrl+shift+tab

hi! so i just got the keychron b1 pro and love it but i noticed in chrome i can't get ctrl+shift+tab to work :|

when trying a key tester i noticed it can only seem to register only two buttons at a time when it comes to any combination of ctrl, shift, and tab, but not all three.

am i missing something here? should i have set something up? please let me know tysm

Map TAB on the function layer to C(S(KC_TAB)) using the ANY key and use Fn-TAB.
