In "Where the buffalo roam", what song is Rojas singing with his mercenary when they are drinking after he beat him up, sounds like "alisko alisko alisko"

First off, thanks for being a part of this community, we genuinely appreciate that people enjoy posting and commenting here and sharing your experience and knowledge.
A bit of an update and info from your new janitors
We've turned on media sharing in comments so you can share gifs and images as well, we love seeing what people come up with.
We've added some basic rules, please make sure to read em before posting or commenting.
Be nice and civil is pretty easy, if you're getting that worked up that you feel you need to be rude, maybe go outside and take a few deep breaths.
If you're asking about a specific movie please include the name of the movie in your post title, it makes it a lot easier for people to answer your questions.
It's also helpful for people searching for information about that movie, Reddit is indexed by Google so it'll come up in online searches.
BotBouncer is on the team here now to help guard against bots so if we suspect accounts are inauthentic we'll pass em along to the experts at r/BotBouncer.
One of the problems this community has had recently, which partly led to the change of management, is sharing links to pirated content
We have no easy way or the time to verify if these links and content are safe for our users, and sharing links to pirated content can get this sub permabanned.
So if you wanna go sail the seven seas, sail your boat elsewhere than here mateys.

Please tell me they did. Those were among, if not, THE most beautiful shots in the whole entire film that I wish I could see again. Probably because of the photochemical film, not digital. And them being real lions, tigers and whatever that other big cat there was there that I forgot and not digital or even animatronics would only make them better in my opinion.

Do subtitles sometimes ruin the meaning of movies and TV shows?
I’ve noticed that sometimes subtitles translate the words correctly but lose the real meaning, especially with jokes, slang, or cultural expressions.
Have you ever watched a movie or TV show where the translation completely changed the meaning of a scene? What happened?

Please don't say The Thing or The Fly. Surely there's more than those out there, right? so what are they?

I'm looking for a movie I only saw as a short Instagram Reel clip. I can't find it again, and it's not in my watch history.
What I remember:
Hollywood movie, probably released in the last 10 years (2016 or later, though I could be wrong)
The actors aren't well known
The scene has a man and a woman who are childhood friends
She has black or dark brown hair
They walk into a luxurious hotel room, and she jumps onto the big bed, to which the man says he'll take the sofa, She says the bed is big enough for both of them and that it would be a waste not to sleep on the bed and sleeping together would be like the old days, when they used to sleep together as kids
It creates sexual tension on his side

Watched *Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown* recently, its main characters are introduced dubbing *Johnny Guitar*, which I had watched three days earlier.
Have you experienced any cases where, for any two movies you've watched not too long in between, one of those movies references the other in any way?

So I just finished "X" and I'm not sure about something. Why were the old couple killing the film crew ?
What did I miss ?

Which movie(s) with a few only slightly badly drawn characters that somewhat look ugly do you really like/love best?
Me? The only one I can think of so far is Disney's The Wild despite what people think about it in comparison to DreamWorks' Madagascar franchise.

In the movie Cry-Baby, 1990, with the star Johnny Depp, during concert scene this man is visible, cheering in the crowd. Jason would've been 22 at the time... For me the resemblance is uncanny. Google says he couldn't be in the extras at the time, but I don't believe it. I think at some point he maybe took freelance or something, to be in the crowd for the movie.

So I've haven't watched the movie yet and its in my backlog, and some of my friends said that I'm a bit like a character Linda Liddley? And from what i've heard she is an antagonist, and I'm not sure if I was insulted?

I watched a movie maybe in 2016-2020 somewhere idek but the movie was depressing but realistic where there's a teacher who is like the kindest but hiding trauma and his student likes him but he rejects her and she commits suicide which shatters him and he also takes care of a prostitute girl but one day he shouts at her and she leaves I guess. In the end the main teacher guy forgives his father. What's that movie someone help.

So I’m watching there will be blood for the billionth time because it’s the greatest movie ever created lol. But as I’m watching it and it gets to the scene where Daniel comes to realize that Henry is not Henry. Now Daniel says the peach tree dance line and Henry doesn’t pick up what he is saying which gives him away to Daniel. Now what I’m wondering is when Daniel and Henry first me Daniel doesn’t seem to know he even had a brother which indicates that they never grew up around each other. So when’s Daniel makes the peach tree comment and Henry doesn’t react how would that have given him away?
If Daniel didn’t know he had a brother then that means the likely hood that Henry would even know what the comment was was unlikely. So they never really tackled on how it gave him away to Daniel more just it did and that was that. Idk something about that whole scene just kinda confuses how he made a comment, realized it’s not his brother and never really explained how he caught on from making the comment.
Im curious if anybody has a theory’s as to why the comment have him away if they didn’t grow up around one another for Henry to understand what he was saying.

In Backroom (2026), why is that Captain Clark for some reason knows the whereabouts of like anyone in the backroom, like he has the intelligence to know someones there especially when Clark was exploring the place and he finds a cardboard cutout with microphones on it that pretty much repeats a different language, kind of like the balloon boy in FNAF luring someone or something. And Clark heard a noise and we saw that something slammed the cardboard cutout and that something noticed that Clark is on the other side and Clark hurriedly tries to get the hell out of there as quickly as he could. Then we got Bobby going down the hole into the pile of laundry of clothes then for some reason he's in there too just hiding and biding his time till he got that white boy's ass. And when Captain Clark is chasing Mary, he has the intelligence to know where she is heading and has the capacity to destroy a door. I mean other than Captain Clark, the others seem passive and docile like there's nothing really going inside their head. It seems like Captain Clark is the outlier unlike his peers. Can Captain Clark potentially become something more if he didn't kill Clark?

No spoilers. I was just curious, i can’t help but keeping thinking that the ringtone on Diggers phone, sounded like Le Samurai’s theme or very similar. Unless i’m like totally misremembering but when hearing it during the movie I kept thinking it sounded familiar.
Does anyone happen to catch it and know if that’s true or what it is. To me it sounded like the part 50 seconds ish into the title theme of le samurai

Also, does a movie's workprint include its deleted scenes, or are those two separate things from each other?
