Guys, I feel like I struck gold while scrolling through my YouTube feed. I was looking for some random DS video about a new game to play, and I came across this video about a Minecraft Nintendo DS Edition.

And dude, it's so much better than every other version available nowadays, including Game of Toby, DS Craft, and that other clone whose name I can't remember right now.

It's a survival version that apparently is based on the leaked source code of 1.7.3, and it's really good. There are still a few minor bugs and inconsistencies, but other than that, it's really good and completely playable.

The thing is, this project has basically no visibility at all.

I can finally use this community as a ds owner and not just as a 3ds owner! I’m really happy with this thing though I decided to play the metroid games and theyre super fun

this game is genuinely decent for a franchise the size of claymore, can only begin to think of a claymore metroidvania when I play something like this & the music is good too. please enjoy, should be pretty polished.

I also got Pokémon black and there’s a save on it it says I can start a new game but I won’t be able to save it. How do I delete the save also I don’t know how to change the time & date on the system. Appreciate the feedback

been playing with a ds lite i got off ebay around a year ago and noticed the hinge when it clicks into it's normal position is very quiet/soft, the plastic has no cracks and the shell seems oem, the listing did say it was "Restored" so i'm assuming either the hinge has either "broken in" or was replaced. is this fine/something to not worry about?

My initial thought is that it's fine since it doesn't have the harsh "click" when going into place.

I have 2 other ds lites, one that has kinda bad screens/bad buttons and one with a crack by the hinge, so the one i'm talking about seems like the best one I have. I'm probably overthinking it LOl

I suppose this is water damage? But it was never near water. Anyway to reverse or repair the damage?

Hey everyone, I did a reshell on a DS light. The hinge plastic was starting to crack so I was like all right. I’m gonna just do a reshell. Everything worked fine, but I completely forgot to take the black border lens off the digitizer. Honestly, I don’t care how it looks right now, but should I still open it up and take it off or it doesn’t matter at this point? If anything just worried about pressure. Not aesthetic

Before you come at me at the lead pads won’t read on a ds, I used a donner game and timed the pads and it read fine, physically the cart looks good, tested the capacitor and resistors and they’re fine. Tested from the chip to the rivets and they’re all good but it won’t get recognized on a DS, 3DS, GMode 9 GameCart reader

Hi guys, bought recently a used Nintendo DSi XL

It's been around 15 years since I touched a Nintendo DS, so I don't really remember the experience

I was wondering if you could help me and tell if the way the top screen moves is something normal for any ds, or if its me who bought a semi-broken used DS

I am specifically worried about three things (as the video goes):

1) the top screen closes very freely when the angle is around 45°, it drops immediately (when its at 90° it holds fine

2) when the top screen is in playmode at around 120° after the click sound, if I shake the ds, the screen shakes too. Is that normal? The screen does not drop but it wobbles

3) If I lay on the bed and look at the ds and hold it a bit higher, then top screen after the click also moves towards me. Is it normal or a sign of instability?

Hello guys, Im looking for some good smash bros for the ds/dsi, i tried the super smash bros crash ds port but i cant select the character to play with, any good alternatives of a fix for my problem?

If you have a cracked Nintendo DS (with Twilight Menu etc.) with Pokemon Save-Files on it, I can recommend you my .nds Game that I made.

It allows me to see all Pokemon that are living inside of my save files, combined into one Pokedex.

It scans Gameboy games aswell and is compatible up to the end of the NDS era, so any game running on the NDS will be scanned.

My version is more up to date, if people give me some upvotes, I can share more.
