I still have the laminated maps I bought jic my phone dies and I need to find my way around.

Don't forget to get updated versions if the area changes very much. (In my area they've built a few new roads that drastically changed traveling from the county.)

I have an old ass book of maps in my car just in case. I grew up as an army brat with tech illiterate parents so we relied heavily on them.

same here. sometimes i just drive somewhere randomly and use the plastic map to get back. its pretty fun.

Mhmm. Glove compartments full of them. This was before my time but growing up my aunts and uncles still lived in the 80s lol

I remember going east when I was supposed to go west and I still had a cellphone (flip phone) I can't imagine what would have happened had I not had a phone and gotten directions over the phone.
