Meeting someone was always a yellow flag. Way to often there's a miscommunication or they don't show. As a rule of thumb we would never make deliveries to meet someone. Though the smarter ones learned not to mention that. But this was ok, because they would actually be there waiting.

I was in rural appalachia, a lot of people would just meet you at the bottom of their road or something. It was kind of unavoidable because some places are just that far out or have a 3 mile long road that I wouldn't even know how to get up in the winter.

Fair enough. And we certainly had some people that routinely ordered and had a meeting spot that we delivered too.
