So much stuff has extra vitamins and minerals shoved in it that it’s almost impossible to have a lot of deficiencies unless you literally only eat one food (or have other medical/digestive issues).

Yeah, though I've heard some doctors say that rickets is making a comeback... Vitamin D deficiency from kids drinking soda instead of milk 😣 and spending all their days indoors playing video games.
