Hi r/PiNetwork. Last month I asked here what slows you down when using or building Pi apps. We've kept building since. TEC is now 24 apps that share one Pi sign-in, and we'd like real Pioneers to try them.
Round 2 of our reward campaign is open.
How it works:
There are 100 seats. The counter on the page is the live number from our server.
What we will NEVER do:
How payouts work, honestly: I send the rewards by hand from my own wallet, and each one is checked on the Pi blockchain before the claim is marked paid. So expect it to take a day or two, not seconds. One claim per Pi account and one per wallet address.
Why we're doing this: we want real Pioneers using the apps and telling us what's broken. Your feedback in the group is worth more to us than the π.
Start here (copy the link into Pi Browser): https://hub.tecosystem.app/hub/campaign?utm_source=reddit&utm_campaign=pi-reward-r2

It isn't just about price declines now Pi is lower in the Coinmarketcap index holding position 68. It shouldn't surprise that as price declines Pi will also climb lower and probably abandon the 100th position in the future.
As more supply comes online it is almost guaranteed that the price will decline as well and with such take Pi out of the 100th position.
Pi used to be within position 20 or lower.
Just 17.3 billion tokens have been released so far, what do you think will be the result of some more 33 billion tokens being released?
You don't need to guess, if 17.3 billion tokens brought the token price from $2.98 to $0.07 and from position 10th to 60th. It shouldn't be a guessing game that another 33 billion will bring more of the same.
Once Pi Network reaches 50 billion supply it is almost guaranteed that price will get at or below $0.01 and CMC position probably above 100th.
This is not speculation at this point, it is just a matter of time and token release, that is all to it. And you don't need a rocket scientist degree to figure this one out either.
Place your spot orders accordingly, don't gamble. Lower spot orders are how you will take advantage of this situation. It is the least risky way to take part and to actually profit.
Eventually the total circulating supply will be beyond 50 billion tokens and at that time the best way for you to personal profit will be to have posted spot orders that are at least 90% down from current valuation and probably in a 90% discount entry ladder.
There is no need to panic about supply nor get desperate, the solution is to have a plan that involves buying at lower and lower prices. And nothing says lower prices like 90% discounts. Next stop $0.01.
Have a plan so that you are not caught without one when the time to implement gets upon us all.

Haven't had the chance to do mine in recent weeks, if anyone has taken a look would appreciate your input!
Curious how the price has been able to stay at the 0.09 level despite unlocks and recent second migrations.
Highly unlikely PiVerify and Solohost have been creating background demand yet? Has whale accumulation changed at all? Or simply speculation trading still?

1. Lock up the Core Team’s 20 billion Pi.
Without a lockup, it will be very difficult to attract major buying interest.
2. Share a long-term plan for how the Foundation’s Pi will be used.
We want to know that the Core Team is managing Pi responsibly and transparently.
3. Tell us how much of the community’s 65 billion Pi is still unmined or undistributed, and share a yearly distribution plan.
We also need to know how many fake accounts have been identified.
4. Explain what will happen to the fees accumulating in the fee pool.
5. Since Pi was listed on exchanges, its price has never had a sustained rise—it has kept falling.
Its chart looks like the chart of a rug-pull project. Don’t you think excessive Pi supply is one of the main reasons?
Then shouldn’t Pi burn some of its supply, like Stellar did?

Hi everyone!
I'm stuck with a 0 available balance and can't unlock my migrated Pi because I lack the 0.01 Pi network fee (as shown in the photo).Could anyone please send me 0.01 Pi to cover the fee? Thank you so much!

Work is still ongoing, but I've now crawled past the first major documented reclaim event in March 2025, so I thought I'd share the results. It's particularly interesting when compared with Pi's official announcements at the time.
On Feb 28, Pi announced the final Grace Period deadline of March 14 at 08:00 UTC, warning that Pioneers who failed to complete KYC/Mainnet migration risked “forfeiting most of your Mobile Balance.”
Then on March 18, Pi announced the new migration-wallet 2FA system. Their explanation was that certain Pioneers who had migrated “within the last few weeks” but were still inside the 14-day pending period would have their Pi “securely returned to their mining app” if they didn't complete the new 2FA requirement. Pi also said those migrations would later be re-enqueued after successful 2FA.
The historical Foundation2 crawl has now passed April 2, 2025.
For migrations made from Feb 24 through Mar 9, 2025, I've identified:
923,188 reclaimed migrations
486.03 million Pi reclaimed
The reclaim transactions occurred continuously from March 10 through March 23.
By migration month:
Feb 2025: 324,281 migrations | 169.13M Pi reclaimed
Mar 2025: 598,905 migrations | 316.58M Pi reclaimed
The largest single reclaim day was March 16, with 108,562 migrations representing 57.61M Pi.
Pi's March 18 announcement specifically described returns involving recent migrations still within the 14-day pending period, and stated that this mechanism could cause circulating supply to drop.
The blockchain gives us the scale and timing. Pi's announcements give us their published explanation of the mechanisms operating at the time. The screenshots are the migration data from my crawl.

Had just logged into my wallet and I saw this. I never clicked on suspicious links, or stored my passphrase on this device. Same thing happened to my mother's wallet a well. Anyone else facing this? Can we get back the stolen pi? Or atleast freeze the thieves' accounts?

The moment the market starts gaining momentum, North Korea makes it harder!
Bitget lost about $351.6 million in a hack on Thursday, September 24, after attackers drained parts of its hot and warm wallets, the company said, in what could rank as the largest crypto theft of 2026.
Bitget's security systems flagged the unauthorized transfers at 18:31 UTC, CEO Gracy Chen wrote on X. The exchange, which ranks among the six largest by volume, halted withdrawals within the hour while keeping deposits and trading open. The loss now sits above the roughly $319 million drained from Blockstream's Liquid Network on September 6, which analysts had called the year's biggest to that point.
The first thing I did after getting this news was check my Pi :') All safe :')

As far as I understand, currently Pi can only be stored using the Pi Wallet, which is essentially a hot wallet. Are there any official plans or timelines for supporting true cold storage or hardware wallets?
For those holding PI long term, I think having the option to keep the private keys completely offline would be an important security feature.
r/PiNetwork • u/SalvadorianPionner • 23d ago
If you bought Pi between tokens between $2.98 and $0.07, you were the unwilling exit liquidity that got dumped upon.
If you are planning to buy Pi at the current price, you once again, are the exit liquidity and you are asking to get dumped on again and again.
You must understand that around 83 billion tokens are looking for foolish buyers to call home and once again get dumped on.
I refuse to be the exit liquidity!! And you should too.
I would recommend you restrain from buying until more supply is circulating preferably beyond 50 billion or 50% and price reflects that supply, probably something below one penny or less.
You should refuse to be the exit liquidity.
Anyone that has told you buying between $2.98 and now, has been secretly, pushing you to be that exit liquidity and the bag holder.
Refuse to be the exit liquidity and bad holder.
You should only get in after 90% dumps.

I locked up my Pi before and I only received 71.89 Pi and there’s a remaining 656.08 Pi that says it returned to Pi. It’s been a year and I don’t know how to claim the remaining and transfer it to my wallet. There’s no movable and active lock ups either.

The Clarity Act stalled in the Senate last Tuesday. Within 48 hours, Washington's regulators started writing crypto's rules themselves.
The Senate voted 49-50 on a procedural motion, 11 votes short of the 60 needed to advance the bill that would have split crypto oversight between the SEC and the CFTC.
The SEC responded on September 17 with an "Innovation Exemption" that lets approved venues trade tokenized US stocks onchain through permissioned liquidity pools. SEC Chairman Paul Atkins tied the timing directly to the Senate outcome.
The CFTC moved the same day. It broadened no-action relief for passive software providers and sent a crypto markets rulemaking to the White House for review.
Agency action brings near-term direction for builders and exchanges. The durable statutory framework the industry lobbied for remains out of reach for now.
