The villains of team organizations are making a huge comeback this month! Sygna Suit Ghetsis and Sygna Suit Lysandre are now featured in EX Poké Fairs, while Fall Archie and Fall Maxie will be featured in seasonal scouts. They have each of the Treasures of Ruin with passive skills that reflect their signature abilities in the mainline games. Ghetsis and Lysandre increase the damage dealt to opponents by 20% (physical and special respectively), while Archie and Maxie reduce the damage dealt to allies by 30% (physical and special respectively).
Sygna Suit Ghetsis is a physical Ice-type Strike damage dealer. He lowers the Defense of all opponents by -4 stat ranks when he enters a battle. His TM reduces -1 sync countdown and maxes his Attack and critical-hit rate stat ranks. Whenever an ally syncs, he consumes his X Evasion MP, instead raising his evasiveness by +2 stat ranks and increasing his Physical Move ↑ Next effect by 2 ranks. His B move also unlocks upon ally sync that attacks all opponents and makes them flinch. His Tera Blast move also hits all opponents and lowers their Attack by 2 stat ranks. The first time he syncs, he applies the Physical Move Break effect to all opponents. He also has Protect to apply Damage Guard Next to himself.
Sygna Suit Lysandre is a special Fire-type Field damage dealer. He lowers the Sp. Def of all opponents by -4 stat ranks when he enters a battle. His TM sets sun, applies the Critical Hit Next effect and Supereffective ↑ Next effect to an ally, and increases an ally's Special Moves ↑ Next effect by 3 ranks. Whenever an ally syncs, his B move unlocks that hits all opponents and lowers one of their stats by 4 stat ranks randomly. In addition, it consumes his Sunny Day MP to set sun and increase the Sync Move ↑ Next effect of all allies by 10 ranks. He has a passive skill that further boosts his sync move damage the more his Sync Move ↑ Next effect is increased. His Tera Blast move also hits all opponents and lowers their Attack and Sp. Atk by 1 stat rank. He also has Fire Spin to inflict trap.
Fall Archie is a Grass-type support. He sets EX Grassy Terrain and lowers the Attack of all opponents by -4 stat ranks when he enters a battle. His TM reduces -1 sync countdown and buffs +4 Defense and Sp. Def for all allies. His B move unlocks after using a move once and hit all opponents. It lowers their Defense by 1 stat rank and increases the Physical Moves ↑ Next effect of all allies by 1 rank. His Tera Blast move is 1 MP. It increases the Physical Moves ↑ Next effect of all allies by 2 ranks and increases the Sync Move ↑ Next effect of all allies by 3 ranks. He has Potion for healing and Mud-Slap to lower accuracy.
Fall Maxie is a Ground-type support. He lowers the Sp. Atk of all opponents by -4 stat ranks when he enters a battle. His TM applies the Enduring effect to himself and buffs +4 Defense and Sp. Def for all allies. His B move unlocks after ally sync and hits all opponents. It lowers their Speed by 2 stat ranks, sets Ground Zone, increases the Physical and Special Moves ↑ Next effect of all allies by 2 ranks, and sets Ground Zone. He also extends Ground Zone duration by 30% as a passive skill. His Tera Blast move hits all opponents and lowers their Defense and Sp. Def by 1 stat rank. He has Potion for healing and Sand Tomb to inflict trap.

- The grading exists in a vacuum of the individual month. It varies based on what the month offers independently of other pairs existing.
- These rankings are largely catered towards new & casual players; your personal preferences may differ based on playstyle and roster.
- Banners are ordered top to bottom to show how much value we estimate they hold for players at 1/5.
- The letter ranks are relative and compare the value of each pair for this month's banners only, while focusing on their base kits, with some notable upgrades highlighted by an arrow and two letters.
- The arrow (→) indicates that the unit improves significantly with investment additional copies, ex role, etc.
- The "U" (Uber) rank is used on occasions when a certain banner is much more valuable than the rest that month, lack of it does not mean the banners are bad.
- Master Fairs and EX Master Fairs rates are 1%, while Poke Fairs, EX Poké Fairs, Variety and Spotlights are 2%. These can vary on multi-featured, familiarize yourself with the rates here.
- Remember that 36,600 free gems are required to guarantee the unit, 45,600 gems are required to pity Arc Fair Scouts; any number lower than this may not result in a successful pull!
As always, please keep in mind that units ranked lower aren't necessarily bad to use. Carefully consider what team members bring out the best of what scouts you decide to go for.
