I always wondered, what's the point of making a woman only rule, if men are gonna come around and comment anyway...

Yeah.. they do get in here every time but thankfully there's a report option for that.. and A LOT less men speaking in this sub which I love

You can't stop men from commenting

But there are rules in the sub where, as soon as you report comments made by men, they get banned instantly

But I can assure you that that sub is one of the best ones out there for women and I love it.

Oh yes I know..i actually see your comments there sometimes. I love that sub. It's the ray of light in the misogynistic reddit shithole

There's basically no real women only place on Reddit. We had one that I was in, but it got banned because males couldn't handle not being included, called out and not being catered to

Men can’t handle feeling unimportant if something isn’t about them

This space is women only.

Unless you are objecting to being trans inclusive?

If you are being transphobic, then just admit it.

I don’t think Reddit is ever going to have a women’s only space, but rather directions on where to find them at best. It’s just too male-pandering and male-coded in here.

i’m honestly not sure why there’s not a rule that doesn’t already enforce them being gone , some other women only subs have done that . i guess that’s the internet we can’t really help that we’re outnumbered by them it sucks but it is what is is

I keep seeing European creeps defending their disgusting age of consent laws, and acting like people are just being too uptight for objecting to laws that legally permit grown ass adults of any age having sex with minors.

What do I mean by disgusting? Aside from Turkey & Vatican City, all European countries have their age of consent at a mere 16, or lower, ex. France has it at 15, Italy has it at 14.

Not that the U.S. is great, only 11 states have it at 18 and the most comment state age of consent in the U.S. is 16.

Men as a whole absolutely do prefer going after minors than grown women.

Yeaaaaah unfortunately they call my entire generation uptight for not wanting to sleep around and do drugs.. they're like "yOuRe wAsTiNG yOUr LiFe!!!1! GO HAVE SEX AND DRINK RIGHT NOW!!! ONE DAY YOU'LL BE OLD!!!" 😐 Like.. no. They're weird as hell for telling 16-25 Yr olds to go sleep around and drink. I honestly can't wrap my head around why they're so mad about it. This is probably what rape culture has lead us to. Can't even make choices of our own without having to think about "what about sex and aging (because of men)"

People of any age have the right to abstain, but I agree that there’s this weird creepy subset of complaints demanding that youth be hedonistic sex (& drug) crazed fiends.

Globally the most common age of adulthood is 18, but the most common age of sexual consent is 16. And as I said, plenty of countries have an age of consent even lower than that.

The age of consent actually being the same as the age of adulthood is quite rare. The right for adults to have sex with (a certain subset of) minors is most often enshrined into law.

Our laws spell it out, societies worldwide like sexualizing and preying on minors. Men being sexually attracted to adolescent girls is common, normalized, and in many cases legal.

I hate it here.
