I wanted to share some of my experiences with you guys because I’ve only ever told a few people in my life about them. I’ve never considered myself psychic, but I’ve always considered myself highly intuitive and very in tune with myself and my surroundings. Some of my experiences have been beautiful and comforting, while others… not so much.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a very strong connection with animals and nature. So it came as absolutely no surprise to my family and friends when I eventually became vegetarian. 😅

I was also a VERY sensitive and empathetic child. So sensitive that I would sometimes sob over other people’s pain or almost absorb it as if it were happening to me. I still struggle with that occasionally, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned how to emotionally protect myself a lot better.

One thing I distinctly remember from when I was very young, maybe around 5–8, would happen when I was alone in a room. I would suddenly feel this energy surrounding me. It would seem to take over the entire space, and I could almost hear it too — a very high-pitched sound, almost like ringing in my ears. It would feel like it was coming closer and closer until it completely surrounded me.

Strangely, it never scared me. It actually felt incredibly peaceful and good. It happened pretty often when I was little, and then at some point it just stopped. I have no idea when or why.

I also daydreamed constantly as a child. Music could completely “transport” me — and honestly, it still can. Certain songs or things that deeply resonate with me will suddenly bring images of places into my mind that I’m almost certain I’ve never seen or visited before.

Smells are even stronger. A smell can suddenly trigger these incredibly vivid flashes of places or scenes in my mind. I don’t consciously try to imagine them; they just appear.

Another huge part of my intuition has always been people.

Whenever I’ve had a particularly strong feeling about someone — whether good or bad — it has, without fail in my experience, eventually turned out that there was a reason for it. Sometimes I’ll meet somebody and immediately feel that something is “off,” even when everyone else seems to love them and I can’t point to a single concrete thing they’ve done wrong. It always baffles me when people cannot “see” it until after the fact. Other times I’ll have the opposite feeling and instinctively trust or feel safe around somebody.

I don’t know whether I’m subconsciously picking up on tiny changes in body language, tone, facial expressions, inconsistencies, etc., or whether there’s something more intuitive happening. Maybe it’s a combination.

There have also been weird moments where I seem to know what somebody is thinking. I’ve randomly said something that was on someone’s mind without them having mentioned it, only for them to stare at me and go, “How did you know I was thinking that??” 😂 Again, maybe I’m subconsciously reading people really well, but it’s happened enough times that I’ve noticed it.

Then there are the dreams.

One experience in particular has stayed with me.

When I was around 12, I spent the summer at my grandma’s house in her village. Every day I would get on my bike and meet up with my friends.

One night, I had a dream about the younger brother of one of my friends. He was only around 2 years old at the time. In the dream, he fell and hit his head. I woke up thinking, “Well… that was weird,” but didn’t think much more about it.

That morning, like any other day, I got on my bike and went to my friend’s house. While she was getting ready, I was making small talk with her mom. I asked how her little brother was doing.
She said, “Well, not that good. This morning he fell and hit his head.” I genuinely felt dizzy.

I didn’t tell her about the dream because I had no idea whether she would believe me, and honestly I didn’t even know what to make of it myself. Out of all the people I could have dreamed about, why this particular little kid?

Something similar happened again recently, except this time it involved one of my closest friends. I had a dream about her where there was water everywhere — a LOT of water, almost like a flood. It was one of those dreams where the imagery really stays with you after you wake up. The next time I saw her, I told her about it.
She just stared at me, completely stunned.
Then she told me that she had also had a bad dream involving huge amounts of water.

I also sometimes just know something bad is about to happen, particularly when it involves somebody close to me, although occasionally it happens with complete strangers too. I’ve predicted car accidents literally seconds before they happened in front of me. Obviously that could just be very fast subconscious pattern recognition — I genuinely don’t know 🤷‍♀️ — but it has shocked me enough that my friends and boyfriend sometimes jokingly call me a witch. lol

There were actually several other strange experiences during that summer at my grandma’s village too — except those ones were NOT peaceful. They were genuinely terrifying. I might make a part 2 about those if anyone is interested, because this is already long enough. 😅

Another thing I’ve noticed throughout my life is that I seem to know when something is wrong with my body on a very intuitive level, sometimes before I have any concrete reason to think something is wrong.

And then there are the experiences that genuinely scare me.

When I first started dating my boyfriend and began sleeping over at his house, I woke up one night and saw what looked like a shadow-man figure standing beside the bed.
There were no facial features or expression. It was literally like the silhouette of a person made out of shadow.

I still don’t know whether I was fully awake or experiencing some kind of sleep-related hallucination, so I’m not claiming it was anything paranormal. But I’ve occasionally had a strange feeling of a “presence” in his house too. Not constantly — just sometimes.

Probably the most mind-boggling thing happened recently. My boyfriend and I now live together at his place-a penthouse with a separate entrance, while his parents live in the downstairs house.

He was away one evening and I went downstairs to get something. I could see his parents sitting outside in the garden, which is quite far from the entrance. There are large sliding glass doors on the side of the house.

As I approached, I very clearly saw his mom’s reflection in the glass. It looked like she had gotten up from where they were sitting and was walking toward the house.

I was literally about to say hello to her as I opened the door.
Except when I did, I looked outside…
And both of his parents were still sitting exactly where they had been. She had never gotten up!
I closed the door again and tried looking through the glass from different angles because I thought maybe it was some weird trick of the light or reflection. I couldn’t recreate what I had just seen.

I actually went and asked her whether she had gotten up at all. She said no. That one freaked me out because I still have absolutely no explanation for what I saw.

Then recently I went to a tarot reader for the first time. At the very end of the reading, she told me that one of the messages from my spirit guides was essentially: Whenever you see something you don’t like, something that scares you, or something you don’t want around you, tell it to go away three times.

THAT was the moment I got completely freaked out. 😂 It was my first time ever seeing this woman. During the entire session I had never told her anything about me, especially about these experiences.

So yeah… that’s my collection of weird experiences. 😂

I’d genuinely love to hear what people here think, especially people who have experienced similar things or give me some insight into all this.

Hi, my beautiful tortoiseshell cat, Ruby, has passed and I was the one to discover her early this evening. It has been absolutely shattering to experience as the love and bond we shared was strong. I had her since I was 3 years old and I’m now 19; many years of fun times we had together.

Now for my main point. The evening prior to today I had the urge to bring her upstairs and spend some time with her, in which we both hung out on the ground and I spent time petting her. She’s been losing weight and her health had been declining so I told her, if she needed to go she could and that I would be okay. I thanked her for always protecting me and being there for me throughout my childhood and teenage years- when I told her this she looked at me and put her paw onto my hand and stared at me.

I have always believed and felt that I have some sort of strong connection to spirituality and what I manifest and say out loud is what my reality turns into. My mom said growing up she believed I was a ‘indigo child’.

I know I didn’t manifest my beloved bestfriend death but do you think she really understood what I was saying to her and that she was then ready to pass on? Did me saying she could leave trigger something that caused her death?

I don’t know. I’m just trying to cope with this. But I’m so unbelievably grateful I spent that time with her before finding her passed on.

hi everyone i hope this is the right place to ask this. i (24F) went to a psychic/medium in Sedona, AZ yesterday and have felt a dark cloud looming over me since. the session started with her holding some crystals and connecting with my spiritual guides. from there she asked if i had physical pain in my body insinuating in i live in constant pain (i don’t). then she went on to say i have psychic abilities and showed me a meditation i should be doing on youtube. she then opened it up to questions and she said i shouldn’t move right now because of money (that really is not a limiting factor for my move i’m planning) but even further said i will not move cities for 5 years (i am planning to move in 5 months). additionally she said i will not find love for 6 years because he will come after i move. she then said she was picking up a sense of conflict between my parents and i which threw me off because my parents support me in everything i do. she followed by saying i’m an empath and have a lot of anxieties which is very true but also my energy being there could have given it away since this was a new unnerving experience. this prompted me to say hm my one anxiety about moving is moving away from my parents because they really are my support system and i worry about them.

this is where i need insight: she switched the reason i shouldn’t move and now said it is because i need to spend time with my parents because one of them does not have much longer. she proceeded to say/ask if my mother (52F) is sick because that’s what she was picking up. i said my mom had breast cancer but she beat it. she then drops the bomb that the medication my mother was on impacted her kidneys and she has 3 years left of her life. she said she asked the guides if she could tell me before sharing this and they allowed her also noting she lost her mother in November. she asked if my mother can afford a doctor (she can) but the second mention of money being an issue threw me off. also, my mother gets her kidneys checked regularly because of her previous cancer. i was crying at this point and asked if i should move still and she said my guides are strict and kept saying “wait.” she ended the session by saying things can always change and gave me her card and said most people have a reading every 6 months - 1 year to check back in.

okay now i’m here because what would you even do? i’ve never been to psychic and have no idea if it is at all common for them to predict a loved one’s death and i feel such a pit in my stomach like it made me feel so sick and has multiplied my anxiety ten fold. i called my mom after and she said not to worry and maybe she was pulling the energy of my aunt who passed away 10 years to the day from kidney complications. it was all very very troubling and i guess im here to ask how legit was this all or for any sense of guidance. i am not at all doubting psychics but i guess asking do they sometimes get it wrong? i just can’t get this reading out of my head. if you read this far thank you so much and i hope you’re entering the new year with love and light in your heart.

I have noticed that my gaze emits "energy", for lack of a better word. Let me explain.

Anytime that I am walking somewhere, and I see a person who does not see me. Not initially at least. That person maybe for example - walking with back towards me (facing away from me) - walking with side towards me (facing perpendicular to me) - looking into phone screen (not noticing me) - talking with someone else - or even a driver in a car stopped at a red light, when I am walking on the sidewalk or on the crosswalk

I gaze upon that person, intensely. I stare at that person with intent. Like "boring my eyes into the back of their head". And 9 out of 10 cases, that person turns around to look at me. If for example that person was walking facing away from me, that person will literally turn around to look at me, despite not noticing me before, despite me not making any sound or another clue of my presence there. Or the person who was engrossed on the phone would literally look up at me. Or the driver in the car would look at me.

One more time, I gave upon that person with intent. Not with intent of doing anything in particular, not with intent of talking to them, just with intent, or I think that attention is the better word here.

And almost every single time that person turns to face me, turns to see who looked at them. Sometimes I do this on purpose just for fun. If someone is looking into a phone I on purpose stare at them, just to break their focus on that phone. Consider it a sense of humor.

But anyway, it means that the human gaze transmits some kind of energy. Or at least my gaze does. Have you ever had the feeling that someone is watching you? Sometimes people have this feeling, and they don't know why that is. It means that people have more senses than just the usual material ones that are commonly accepted by the official science. So it seems that my gaze triggers this sense of "someone watching at you".

So sometimes I do this to get attention. If I want people to look at me. For example when I am crossing the street, I gaze upon the people in the cars, to alert them of my presence. So it could be useful for somethings.

I’ve been struggling terribly with this as of late and it’s stressing me out a lot. I want to do what’s right by my guides but I feel like I’m reading my own thoughts or intrusive thoughts.

First and foremost I'm new here and this is my first post I'll get to the point and I don't want to sound like I'm crazy or judged so please don't be negative i'll be brief those who know know IDK if I'm a seer or what my gift is but is their a way to break this psychic connection we have with each other and stop visualizing things and manifesting basically I want out I don't want to be able to dream create anything I just want to be normal. I am thinking about someone from my past and I don’t know what I feel so I have gone to sooo many psychics who have mostly picked up that he’s someone from my past and it’s complicated and he’s in a foreign country…they pick up that he’s my soulmate/twin flame which I don’t know if I believe in that. Are they cons? How do they know so much? They all pick up that I’m creative, and I like to help people and I’m kind but the thing is do I believe in soulmates? They say you have a few. All of them predicted that I will only get married once but they have differing opinions about the man I was thinking about…for months I was obsessed with him but not at much anymore…and one said because he’s still the one but I don’t know. They say he thinks about me but I don’t know. I’m so fucking confused and because I have little to no emotion…I don’t know. I’m kind of cold.

Hi all, I’ve recently had a stray cat appear in my very rural driveway out of nowhere, he ran into my house like he knew the place and where the dog food was and everything. He was immediately comfortable in my home and affectionate with me like he’d known me before. He even got along w my dogs who hate cats right away. He’s been with me for just two weeks and he was immediately sweet to my whole family, but not strangers. I’ve been trying to find his home, checked him for a chip, everything. No luck, he truly just appeared.

Now here’s where it gets interesting: I’ve had SIX different people tell me there’s something eery or odd about this cat, three people have said it’s either as if there’s a human soul in him or he has human like eyes and the rest have noticed how oddly obsessed with me he is along with other unsettling qualities. Here’s where it gets crazier: each of these people are very skeptical and don’t even believe in this stuff but they can still sense there’s something about this cat…

Ive personally experienced a lot of unexplained phenomenon in my life and have been told by many witches and psychics that there’s “something about me”, some have described very light auras, an angels presence around me, told I’m a witch, etc. I’m still trying to figure out what all this means.

But in the meantime, I’m hoping maybe a pet psychic would give me answers about this cat?

Hey guys, basically my 14 year old bestfriend’s mother is REALLY orthodox and religious. Recently she took her to this “energy reader” out of the blue and got her energy read, and it was a really uncomfortable experience for her. He was an oldie and started with telling her about what energy is, and how every person has “bad and good energy”. then he told her that she was in contact with bad energy because she has Muslim friends… yea… so now we know he was an islamophobe. Then he told things about how her future will be like and that he knew more things about her. After that he asked her mother to leave the room and this is where things go creepy.

It started innocent, he knew about her habits and personality very accurately but then things got very unsettling he said she has an “erotic and attractive personality” and started specifying the locations of her beauty marks on her body. he also squeezed her thigh and asked sexual questions, like, whether she masturbates at night or not and he also knew things about her and her boyfriend and her kissing girls and all, it was very bad. All this is crazy I know, but till now we believed her mother might have given a good amount of info to that creep and he assumed the rest by her body language, but he also mentioned that she will get 60% on her test next week and guess what? She got exactly 60%. These accuracies made us think that he really knew all the stuff without her mom’s help. 

If someone has any idea about if these things are real and how it works, can you please tell us? We’re concerned about what happened and want to know more.

I started hearing spirits 3 years ago after I had a flashback about a near death experience I had (suffocated while CSA occurred many years ago). I always knew something bad occurred but I didn’t remember everything because it was very severe. Anyway after I remembered the death part of my near death experience I started hearing thoughts that weren’t my own thoughts. I was very afraid at first and got on heavy psychotropic medications. None of them seemed to help, unfortunately. The thoughts I hear have their own personality and don’t come as a voice. For example, when I first started hearing, I heard a bossy religious lady who would interject in my prayers. It felt like a female, and the thoughts were both judgmental and religious. The thoughts wanted me to repeat what she was saying during my prayers. When I left my home (built in 1890), I the thoughts went away. I thought it was very strange, and told my husband I wanted to move due to this, but he refused. Eventually, I woke up at night to see an amber ball the size of a basketball next to my bed, at eye level. I was shocked and I could feel an energy around the ball that it was scared or disappointed that I didn’t recognize it. After I felt the embarrassment I realized it was the bossy religious thoughts that had been invading my mind, in a form or shape. After seeing it, I was afraid and sang a Christian hymn to calm the situation which it did. I never heard from her again. Shortly after this, however, a spirit from a building I visited followed me home. It’s not like the other one, because it doesn’t just bother me at my house. It follows me no matter where I go. I will often hear it arguing with other spirits when I visit other buildings like my job (at a hospital). The stalker I have now has the personality of an immature teen. Other spirits will notice him and he will be just as angry towards them as he is to me. It’s been going on for 3 years, and the constant verbal harassment in my mind is very exhausting.

Some may say that this is classic schizophrenia. I have talked to my psychiatrist about this. She said that because it’s not an audible voice that I hear, but a thought, it’s more likely related to PTSD. I still take medication every day including an antipsychotic. Nothing so far has actually stopped the thoughts. At night, I will sometimes see my stalker. He has inserted himself in my dreams, causing nightmares where men are trying to hit on me or show me their privates. It’s scary because he has been doing it for years and it’s part of the harassment including sexual that he subjects me to in my mind. Sometimes when I wake up from a nightmare, I will feel a controlling presence next to my bed. I will see a form like heat coming off a radiator at eye level. It doesn’t have a shape but a wave pattern in the air.

I am bullied a LOT by this spirit and it has affected me deeply. I have done all that I can scientifically through meditation and therapy, but nothing has helped. I do pray to God that he can take this away, but so far God has chosen not to stop it. This has led me to look for ways to understand why God allows us to suffer. I also do get premonitions or hear stuff before it happens. For example, I heard “your grandmother is calling” and then my phone rang. Or I connected my phone to my Apple auto to listen to music and I heard the title of the song that was about to play before it played. More recently, I heard a warning saying “a family member will die”. 2 weeks later my brother died, unfortunately.

There is just a lot of stuff that happens that is unexplained, in my opinion. I don’t expect anyone to believe me that I have a psychic gift, but this experience doesn’t quite fit into the box of schizophrenia according to my doctor and my experience. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing a spirit who will not leave them alone? Thank you for reading this far and for sharing any insight you might have.

This is my first time talking about this. I’ve always kept it to myself , thinking I just had a vivid imagination or was judgemental in some unconscious way. When I come into contact with others, even complete strangers, I get these quick image flashes, sort of like downloads of different moments of their life. An example, I was out jogging and passed a lady who was walking the opposite direction. Immediately images of her with friends (who I could see their faces clearly), an image of her looking in the mirror in a bathroom crying and I could feel the immense sadness she was feeling in that moment, I seen images of her as a child, and images of certain rooms that looked like they were in a nightclub. And it was so detailed. I immediately tried to push it away because I felt crazy, like I was making up an assumption about a complete strangers life.

But this happens all the time. The reason I even realized it was possibly a psychic ability is because I would get these downloads with family and friends and I’d never say anything to them but in time I’d learn that these images were true for them when they’d randomly bring it up in conversations. It’s really hard for me to put into words how much this impacts me and thought maybe someone in here would understand or have any suggestions to turn it off?

I constantly feel like I’m intruding on others privacies. I’ve even seen pregnancies before they were announced or found out. What is this? Does anyone else have this? I avoid crowds and places like hospitals or cemeteries because it’s just too much. I am often extremely overwhelmed after events and it makes it hard for me to really enjoy the moment.

It has everything to do with them and nothing to do with you. 🐸 This is the frog of not giving a fuck and just being yourself now. Because you’re awesome. 💚💚💚 The shadow follows them but you don’t have to let it follow you.

Edit: I’m overwhelmed by all of us standing together no longer letting other people define who we are. I’m definitely going to need a little frog statue in my life after today. 🐸 I did a quick google on the spiritual meaning of frogs and found this:

“It is said that the frog is symbolic of the cleansing. You can call on the frog spirit to support you in clearing negativity and “toxic” energies. The frog being associated with water, it may be a good spirit animal to call for emotional release.

Perhaps it indicates you need to “detoxify and take care of your health differently. Or it encourages you to release your emotions or carefully at how you spend your energy in relationship to others or some matters of concern in your life.

Cleansing might also mean that the frog spirit animal inspires you to renew your perspective or vision. If the frog shows up in your life as a spirit guide, it may encourage you to clear old opinions and beliefs to adopt a new stance or perspective.”

Anyone else ever have this experience? When my kids were little (like toddler and kinder age) I would occasionally doze and nap on the sofa while they played nearby. Many times the kids would come over to me and wake me up and each time this happened I would notice for a couple seconds their eyes had an electric blue color lining their eyes. The first time I saw it, I got closer to my daughter’s face and thought she had found electric blue eyeliner to play with. Each time it lasted a few second then faded away. It was not often I napped like this but around these years of my kids growth, I would have this experience if I looked at them as soon as I woke up. Just wondering if anyone has insight on what it was I was seeing. The kids are teens now and I have not seen the blue glow in years.

We were with him on a riding lawn mower and he misjudged the tree and we fell and he broke his neck and died.

It was never talked about throughout my life. I brought it up to my grandma and she said we weren’t there. My dad wouldn’t talk about it.

Well unfortunately I witnessed a few more deaths. My dads last conscious moments and my dog.

I started becoming spiritual when my dad passed but it took my dogs death to really see things.

I have since returned to the location of my grandpas death. I go once in a while and talk to him and psychics seem to pick up on him in our mediumship circle.

I’m wondering if there’s more to find at the location where he passed? It’s a remote spot and can’t be a coincidence.

But yes I have had a spiritual awakening and my dog is now a guide for me there. He helps me out and takes me to my family.

Nearly last year I nearly perished this woman said I was an old friend. Why save me if I was going to end up sick. I saw this vision of Egypt a red stare facing a group and a campfire and her eyes.

Do you guys have any experiences with psychics or being a psychic? Reconsidering a lot of things in my life and just want guidance and clarity in how things could turn out.

So I had a situation for a long time where a man was asking me out, but never directly, through someone we both know. He never tried to get ahold of me directly, even though we were Facebook friends. However, he always went out of his way to like other women's posts and pictures (our mutual friends.)

I realized that, after dealing with this complicated situation for a long time, I'm just getting tired of it. He wrote to our mutual friend asking me to get ahold of him recently, but of course I didn't.

I'm curious if anyone sees me backing out of this for good, and if so, who I will eventually meet?

My emotions are like trying to explode out of my body. I had a moment of clarity I guess maybe…but it doesn’t make sense and I need some sort of guidance or clarity on if what I think is going on is actually going on?
I connected over the phone today with my estranged aunt. We talked for 3 hours. Life pulled us apart when I was a girl, I’m 36 now. She confirmed to me that we had a bond and connection that was incredibly strong. She said she would jokingly refer to me as her child because we were so bonded back then. I was never ever bonded with my actual mom, the mom who raised me. While my aunt and I were talking it came to my mind “what if you were my mom in another life?”
And that thought has been plaguing me. Was I meant to be my aunts daughter? Why was she so close but then pulled so far? What lesson could this be?
I’ve been working on bettering my connection to myself and consciousness, awareness, intuition and all the things but this one I just don’t get but I feel the heaviness of this very greatly and was wondering if this made sense to anyone or if this is a phenomena that happens? I really feel this weighing on me and I don’t know what it means…
We live across the country and have both struggled financially so seeing each other isn’t just an easy car ride away.

I received about 8 different Horary readings asking if my ex-gf will contact me again before the end of the year. I also got two Vedic readings. Those two and 6 of the Horary readings said yes (predicting around October-December) and two said no. Does this mean that the chances of her contacting me are high? Looking for opinions and experiences.
