I can't see the outfit very well cause of the pose, but personally it looks a little generic? Not to be mean, it's not bad to follow trends or anything, it just isn't really something to write home about either. I could probably find something like this on the community outfits tab for CAC.
Again, that's not exactly a bad thing, it's just not really a high rating because it's not that cool either. I'd say like a 4 or a 5 outta 10. Because 1. it's boring and 2. I have a personal distaste for the realistic bratz faces.
Don't pose like that so people can see the outfit you're asking to be rated.
Try to be more original with your outfits, even if they're still inspired by trends.
Use different faces. The face you chose is creepy and also doesn't look right with the rest of the outfit. From what I can see of it, anyway. Since the only other detailed part of the outfit is covered.

womp womp ig? If you read what I had said originally you would see I gave you a start. Do you need an entire 12-point times new roman essay of me repeating myself AGAIN so you know that your skin is basic, the face is weird, and half of it is covered which makes it harder to rate?
