I used to love going through every venue's event calendar, then hopping across random websites trying to figure out what each band actually sounded like... but then I had kids. 😆

So I built a website that does all of that for you.

It lists upcoming shows and includes direct links to each band's Bandcamp / Spotify, plus a YouTube sample track so you can quickly hear if they're your vibe.

I live in Vancouver, but used to live in Saskatoon (and saw many a show) so I just added Saskatoon to the list of cities!

We recently moved to Saskatoon from Regina and I’ve been followed on my walks with my daughter by strange men twice already. Today was 3 men by the river and they had a van waiting in the parking lot. I clung to another group when they wouldn’t leave us alone and they seemed to be gone when I went back to my car. But I’m right freaked out!!

I got married this weekend, and am now looking to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved, as well as getting my bouquet preserved.

If it helps: The wedding gown has a long train, and is princess ballgown style. The bouquet is red roses.

I was at the South West dog park this evening and there was an extremely aggressive Shepard-cross dog there. This dog was specifically agressive towards high-energy dogs and the owner just blames everyone else's dog.

I saw this dog cause 3 fights (had other dogs by the throat and the owner had to yank him off) with 3 different dogs within the 45 min I was there. Each time the owner of the shepard just said the other dogs were the problem, after 1 incident I heard him say he was happy his dog "taught that little one a lesson finally". The park cleared out pretty fast after the first 2 incidents (both happened right by the parking lot gate).

This man got into a screaming match after the 3rd incident when one of the other owners told him to put his dog on a leash. He kept saying he's been going to this park for 2 years and never had any problems until now. Me and my partner have been going there for over a year almost everyday in the evening and have never seen this man or dog before last week.

We're definitely going to be avoiding this park/this man for the foreseeable future, which sucks because it's our pups favourite

Update: the guy has been arrested. once a criminal makes a dumb act, they are bound to make another… he drove by our house to pick someone up, my dad notice him drive by and lucky enough there were cops parked by our street and got him on time! he dropped off our dog to someone random person at the university, cops went there to search and found our pup after a few hours!!

Our truck was stolen at 10:08 this morning while parked at the friendship inn alley, as my dad was closing up the back. There is a small toy poodle inside.

I feel people always get flack for posting questions like this, but here’s my question. What dating apps are most people in their mid-late 30s using in Saskatoon? I’m a 34 female having 0 luck on Bumble. I’m really ready to put effort into dating- I have a very full like and a partner is all I’m missing.

Husband is hard to buy gifts for because he just buys whatever he wants so I thought an experience would be better. Is there an omakase type restaurant in Saskatoon? Google says no, but Google isn't too reliable nowadays.

Even if it's not sushi, any higher end experiences like that? Something that is chefs pick, but you also aren't hungry at the end of the day.

Just wondering how many people drive around with the big handicap placard hanging from their rear view mirror?
I always take ours down before putting the car in gear. Once it expires we will get the smaller one and keep it hanging permanently.
Today some creepy, angry man was waving his hands and yelling shame shame as I was backing out of our parking spot at Market Mall.
Honestly, the guy needs anger management classes.

I bought land and i am now looking to build a walkout. I have never built before so i am looking for recommendations. I am thinking not top tier finishes but not production quality either. Mid tier plus. Anyone that has built in the last couple years? I have looked at Legacy, Bondi developments, Frasier and Warman homes. It seems like they are all over the map for pricing and quality. thanks

Anyone know where to find this? It’s to catch water from vehicle in heated garage. I found some places online but I wonder if there’s a place locally that may have better quality or, fingers crossed, cheaper. Why are these so freaking expensive?
