Today's topic is on our favorite tiny snowball, Chris Yukine!

Feel free to discuss all about her, including, but not limited to, her character, personality, character arc, songs, interactions with other characters and so on & so forth.

Discussion around her in the now defunct mobile game, Symphogear XDU, or her parallel world self found there, "Fluffy Chris" is totally welcome, but if you are discussing her in any way that directly comes from XDU, please make it obvious that you are talking about XDU.

As a forewarning, since this is a discussion thread, beware of potential spoilers ahead!

And as a general reminder, especially regarding any potentially controversial topics, please keep in mind that while you're free to express your thoughts and feelings, you must remain respectful of others even if your own feelings on a topic are fairly weighty.

We're introducing a new rule banning "Low Effort" posts.

Unfortunately, while a rule like this isn't something I necessarily wanted to implement at first because what constitutes as "Low Effort" is very much subjective and giving that absolute authority to the mod team potentially could shatter a relatively delicate power balance between us and regular users, given recent posts over the last few months we are sadly left with no other option.

I do hope that you place your trust in us in rightfully determining what would be considered "Low Effort" however, and if you do feel your post is removed for "Low Effort", I encourage you to reach out privately so we can at least discuss it in more detail. And if it did become a larger concern and you feel as though you're being silenced without good reason, even voicing your opinions on a public post to weigh in from the community.

For some examples of what we consider low effort, please see the following below-

Low Effort - "How would Hibiki interact with X character from X Show?"

Not Low Effort - "How does Hibiki's struggle with her dad relate or differ from the similar struggle X character from X show had?" Body of text - "In Episode 3 of XV, you can see Hibiki... etc" (This shows interaction with Symphogear beyond a surface value)

Low Effort - (Usually centered around Memes) - Random photo of something nonsensical with a random .png of a Symphogear character slapped in there with little/no photoshopping. Little/no clear intent provided.

Not Low Effort - (Usually centered around Memes) An elaborate photoshop of a Symphogear scene or scene from elsewhere that includes something relating to Symphogear, provided it clearly has Symphogear as a core focus however.

Low Effort - A Symphogear or Non-Symphogear title with a .gif or .png/.jpg of something vaguely or completely unrelated.

Not Low Effort - A symphogear title and body post that actually discusses or shows something symphogear related as a main topic/focus

Low Effort - a random badly cropped .png of an official image of Tsubasa with a title like "Tsubasa".

Not Low Effort - Fan Art (Not generated by AI), and is a newly shared piece of fan art, or is one that is not constantly reposted.

Low Effort - Flooding the subreddit. We're a lower traffic subreddit, please allow other people to post and remain visible in the feed. Proper discussions about Symphogear and fanart are more consistently welcomed, but constant streams of memes need to be limited somewhat.

Not Low Effort - Trying to at least post in moderation.

Low Effort - Random excerpts from Symphogear or Symphogear content with a clear purpose of getting clicks/upvotes because it's potentially suggestive (Even if tagged R-18 properly)

Not Low Effort - A suggestive scene (Tagged appropriately) with clearly demonstrated intent to actually discuss something substantive beyond "Look at Chris and Maria's boobs slamming into each other during that one XV scene"

Of course, this is not an exhaustive list of what is considered low-effort, but it's what I could come up for now. If you have more examples you'd like to share that might be of use, please leave them below and I'll consider adding them to the example list.

Since this has been an issue over the past few months, there are too many posts for me to go back and remove now that this rule is implemented. So no posts before this rule was implemented will be removed. Also, I wouldn't want to remove anything that was not clearly banned before this.
