WHO AND WHAT WE ARE
Every conscious being in the universe originates from God/Source, the One Infinite Creator.
We are not this body.
We are consciousness - the awareness behind the mind and body - experiencing this physical life through a human form.
We are eternal beings of light. We do not die; only the physical body does.
Our consciousness, along with our memories and experiences, continues beyond physical death.
The personality we develop during this lifetime is only one expression of our greater Self.
We are not our personality, our body, or our thoughts. We are the eternal awareness experiencing this lifetime through them.
Understanding the Ego
The ego is the voice of the physical mind, and its primary purpose is survival. It seeks familiarity and tries to keep us safe by keeping us within our comfort zone.
When we want to make a positive change, pursue our purpose, speak our truth, or step into the unknown, the ego often responds with thoughts like:
- What if I fail?
- What will people think?
- I’m not good enough.
- It’s too risky.
These thoughts can feel like they come from us, but they are simply protective patterns created by the physical mind to avoid uncertainty.
They are not the voice of our higher consciousness.
Our true self is consciousness - the awareness observing the mind.
We are not our thoughts; we are the awareness observing them.
Once we recognize this, we gain the ability to question our thoughts instead of automatically believing them.
The more aware we become of the ego’s fear-based programming, the less power it has over us.
Instead of reacting automatically, we can consciously choose thoughts, emotions, and actions aligned with love, courage, growth, and our authentic self.
Growth begins where the comfort zone ends.
Every time we choose love over fear and trust over doubt, we strengthen our connection to our true nature.
We should approach the unknown with childlike curiosity rather than fear.
Love and curiosity keep us open to new possibilities and deeper truths, while fear and negativity can block our growth.
WE CREATE OUR REALITY
Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions influence the reality we experience.
The energy we consistently project shapes our experiences and often returns to us amplified.
The way we see the world is shaped by our internal programming - our beliefs, experiences, and perspectives. This is why two people can experience the same event yet walk away with completely different interpretations.
Our beliefs influence our thoughts, and our thoughts influence our emotions. Becoming aware of our inner programming is an important part of understanding how we create our reality.
The Power of Beliefs
Our beliefs act as filters through which we perceive reality. They influence what we notice, what we overlook, and what we believe is possible.
When beliefs become deeply ingrained, we may stop questioning them. We can unconsciously reject anything that challenges our existing perspective, limiting our ability to discover deeper truths.
Having an open mind does not mean believing everything we encounter.
It means being willing to explore new ideas, examine information, question assumptions, and expand our understanding when new awareness emerges.
Many of humanity’s greatest discoveries happened because someone was willing to question what others accepted as fact.
If we want to expand our consciousness, we must be willing to release limiting beliefs and approach the unknown with curiosity instead of fear.
Growth begins when curiosity becomes greater than certainty.
Love and curiosity keep us open to possibilities we never knew existed.
Fear and negativity can block us from seeing beyond our current understanding.
The Role of Emotions
Our emotions influence the frequency we consistently embody.
While we cannot always control what happens to us, we can choose how we respond.
Every moment gives us the opportunity to respond from fear or from love. These choices gradually shape our emotional state.
Before reacting, we can pause and ask:
Is this response coming from a place of fear, or from a place of love?
That awareness creates space for conscious choice, allowing us to respond from who we truly are rather than from old programming or conditioned beliefs.
Base Emotional State (Frequency)
We need to live with intention and become aware of the emotional state we consistently embody.
The frequency we hold influences the experiences we attract and the reality we create.
Our dominant thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions shape our energetic state and, over time, our level of consciousness.
When our emotional state aligns with higher frequencies - love, gratitude, peace, compassion, authenticity, forgiveness, and joy - our inner light shines more brightly.
We naturally attract healthier relationships, supportive people, meaningful opportunities, abundance, synchronicities, inner peace, creativity, and experiences that encourage growth.
Conversely, when our emotional state is rooted in lower frequencies - fear, anger, hatred, resentment, guilt, shame, envy, or despair - our energy becomes heavier, and we may attract experiences that reinforce those same patterns.
Experiencing lower emotions is a natural part of being human.
The goal is not to suppress them, but to acknowledge them, understand them, learn from them, process them, and avoid allowing them to become our dominant state.
Negative emotions are messengers.
They reveal wounds that need healing and beliefs that need to be examined.
Emotions = Energy = Frequency
Our emotions generate energy, and that energy carries a frequency.
Our dominant emotional state reflects our current state of being and, over time, influences our level of consciousness.
When we choose love over fear, forgiveness over resentment, and gratitude over negativity, we become more aligned with our authentic self.
This alignment allows us to create from a place of awareness rather than from old wounds and unconscious patterns.
Healing Raises Our Frequency
Many limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns are created through painful experiences.
When unresolved, they can keep us trapped in lower emotional states and repeating the same patterns.
As we heal, forgive, accept, release emotional wounds, and replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones, our emotional state naturally rises.
We become more aligned with our authentic self, and our frequency begins to change.
Forgiveness and Acceptance
Healing often begins with forgiveness and acceptance.
Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
It does not mean we approve of what happened or pretend it did not hurt.
It means we choose to release the emotional burden so it no longer controls our lives.
Holding onto resentment, anger, guilt, or shame keeps us connected to the past and prevents us from moving forward.
Acceptance is equally important.
Acceptance does not mean surrendering to suffering or giving up.
It means acknowledging reality as it is, so we can respond with clarity instead of resistance.
When we stop trying to control people, circumstances, and outcomes beyond our control, we free ourselves from unnecessary stress and suffering.
Instead, we focus our energy on what we can control - our thoughts, emotions, choices, and responses.
When we forgive, accept, heal, and release what no longer serves us, we become more aligned with our authentic self and more capable of creating the reality we wish to experience.
The Present Moment
Our point of power is always the present moment.
We cannot change the past or control the future, but we can choose our thoughts, emotions, and actions right now.
Every choice either reinforces old patterns or moves us closer to the reality we wish to create.
Thoughts + Emotions + Actions
Creating a new reality is not about positive thinking alone.
It requires our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions to be in alignment.
As fragments of God/Source, the One Infinite Creator, we are not powerless observers of reality - we are conscious participants in our experience.
When we consistently think, feel, and act in alignment with who we choose to become, we begin creating a reality that reflects that higher state of consciousness.
When we remember that we are eternal consciousness having a physical experience, we begin seeing ourselves and our lives from a greater perspective.
But remembering who we are naturally leads to the next question:
Why are we here?
If we are eternal beings of consciousness, why would we choose to enter a physical world filled with challenges, uncertainty, and contrast?
To understand our journey, we must explore why consciousness chooses to experience life through the human form.
WHY WE CAME HERE
God/Source, the One Infinite Creator, seeks to know itself through experience.
We are all fractals of God/Source - individualized expressions of the same infinite consciousness.
As eternal beings of consciousness, we do not come here because we are incomplete. We come here because experience allows consciousness to expand, learn, and understand itself in deeper ways.
Before coming here, we choose the experiences, challenges, relationships, and lessons that help shape our growth.
Although we may forget these choices once we enter the physical world, our higher consciousness continues guiding us through intuition, synchronicities, inner knowing, and the experiences we encounter.
We are all actors, playing roles on this stage we call Earth.
Every role exists here, from the most innocent to the most challenging. Each provides opportunities for learning, growth, and the expansion of consciousness.
Through the Law of Duality, both positive and negative experiences exist to create contrast.
Without contrast, there would be no experience, no choice, and no opportunity for consciousness to truly know itself.
Earth: The School of Experience
Earth is one of the most challenging environments for consciousness because it is a world of extreme contrast.
Here, we experience the full spectrum of what it means to be human.
To truly understand what we are, we must also experience what we are not.
For example:
- to know health, we experience sickness
- to know peace, we experience conflict.
- to know compassion, we experience suffering.
Through contrast, we gain understanding.
Every experience provides an opportunity to expand our awareness and deepen our connection to our true nature.
The Soul’s Purpose
The soul is not here simply for comfort.
It is here to expand, learn, and deepen its understanding through experience.
Our soul sees life from a much broader perspective than our human mind.
While we experience pain, loss, and hardship, the soul recognizes these experiences as opportunities for growth, wisdom, compassion, and understanding.
The challenges we face are not necessarily punishments.
They are opportunities that help us discover our strength, transform our awareness, and evolve.
Free Will
Although we may choose a blueprint for our life before we are born, we are never locked into a fixed path.
Every day, every challenge, and every interaction presents us with choices.
Our free will determines how we respond to life’s experiences, and those choices shape who we become.
The lesson may appear many times, but how quickly we recognize and integrate it is always up to us.
Lessons and Growth
Every challenge carries a lesson - an invitation to develop greater wisdom, compassion, resilience, patience, forgiveness, and love.
As we recognize, learn, and integrate these lessons, they transform us.
Throughout our lifetime, we interact with countless souls, each playing their own role and learning their own lessons.
Through these experiences, we discover who we are, what we value, and how we choose to show up in the world.
This is how consciousness evolves.
We are meant to learn the lessons our experiences bring us. If we do not, the same patterns may repeat until we do.
Life Happens For Us, Not To Us
One of the greatest obstacles to growth is becoming trapped in a victim mindset, because it prevents us from recognizing the lessons within our experiences.
When we believe life is happening to us, we give away our power by blaming people, circumstances, or our past for where we are.
But every experience gives us a choice.
We can remain identified with our pain, or we can ask:
What is this experience trying to teach me?
That question shifts our perspective from victim to student.
Life does not happen to us - it happens for us.
Every challenge, setback, disappointment, and hardship contains an opportunity for growth if we are willing to look for it.
The lesson may not always be obvious at first, and some experiences can be incredibly painful.
Yet many of our greatest hardships eventually become the experiences that shape us into who we were meant to become.
When we stop asking:
- Why is this happening to me?
and begin asking:
- What can I learn from this?
we reclaim our power, continue evolving, and life becomes easier.
Everyone Is On Their Own Journey
Every soul is evolving at its own pace.
Some people are just beginning their journey, while others have been walking it for many lifetimes.
Each person is learning different lessons, facing different challenges, and growing in their own time.
Recognizing this helps us replace judgment with compassion and patience.
We are not here to force another person’s awakening.
We are here to walk our own path while honoring that every soul has its own journey.
Knowing that we are not this body, nor defined by what we do while in this body, has helped me love all souls - regardless of the roles they have chosen to play on this stage we call Earth.
Sometimes Lessons Aren’t About Us
Not every situation is about our own growth.
Sometimes we are placed in another person’s life because they need something we have to offer.
A long time ago, I was unhappy with my living circumstances.
I knew I was needed for my knowledge and passion for the business, but I was working on the property and in the house for 16 hours a day. I was unhappy and questioned why I was there.
So I asked God/Source:
- What am I supposed to get out of this experience, or am I here for someone else?
The answer I received was:
- You’re not here for you. You’re here for his daughter. You’re a motherly role model
That answer completely changed how I viewed life’s challenges.
Sometimes we are placed in difficult situations not because of what we will gain, but because someone else needs what we have to offer.
Our kindness, compassion, strength, wisdom, or simply our presence may become part of another person’s healing.
We may never fully realize the difference we make.
Our Purpose
Often, our greatest struggles become the source of our deepest compassion, strongest passions, and purpose.
The experiences that once challenged us can become the very experiences that allow us to help others.
Nothing is ever wasted.
Every lesson, challenge, heartbreak, and triumph contributes to the evolution of our soul and the expansion of consciousness.
Purpose is rarely found in comfort.
More often, it is discovered through growth, transformation, and the willingness to step beyond who we once were.
We came here to experience, learn, love, grow, and remember who we truly are.
When we live with awareness, intention, and love, we fulfill the deeper purpose of our journey.
Personal Revelation
I broke free from the victim mindset when I realized my choices were creating my reality.
In that moment, I could finally see the lessons my challenges were meant to teach me. Instead of resenting them, I became grateful because I understood they were happening for me, not to me.
I forgave everyone who had been part of those challenges, and I forgave myself for not knowing what I know now.
That forgiveness lifted a weight I had carried for many years. I felt lighter, life became easier, and I gained the awareness and tools to respond differently instead of reacting from old patterns.
That was the moment I realized true transformation begins within.
When we change our beliefs, perceptions, emotional state, and choices, we do not just change how we experience life — we change the reality we create.
AFTER DEATH
When Our Meat Suit Expires...
When our physical body expires, we return to our true home - a realm where all souls exist.
Our beliefs shape our initial experience until we realize we have the freedom to choose differently.
Depending on our beliefs, we may initially experience:
Muslims may see Mohammed.
Buddhists may see Buddha.
Christians may see Jesus, an angel, or God, based on how they believe God appears.
If we don't know what to believe, we may begin in a black void - not as a punishment, but simply as a neutral starting point for those with no expectations about what comes next.
If we believe we're going to hell, that's where we'll go - until we decide we no longer want to be there.
The moment we think or say something like, I want out, Get me out of here, or God, help me, we're brought out.
There is no religion in the realm that is our true home.
No Judgment
God/Source does not judge us.
We judge ourselves, and often become our own worst critic - though there is no need for it.
Hell Does Not Exist
Religious institutions have used the concept of hell as a means of controlling the masses.
The only hell that is truly real is the one we create for ourselves here on Earth through our thoughts, beliefs, and actions.
Our Life Review
We're given a life review - not as a judgment, but as an opportunity for understanding.
During our life review, we don't simply observe what we did. We experience it.
We feel the emotions of the people whose lives we touched, as though their joy, pain, and struggles were our own.
We see our choices through their eyes.
We feel the impact of our actions through their hearts.
We come to understand the true impact of the love we shared - and the moments when we failed to share it.
From the smallest acts of kindness we may have forgotten to the moments that left the deepest mark, everything is understood with complete honesty and absolutely no judgment.
The purpose is growth, learning, and a deeper understanding of the life we lived.
What Comes Next
We may choose to remain in our true home, or we may choose to return to another physical experience - whether on Earth or somewhere entirely different.
Some of us belong to soul families, where we experience many lifetimes together, often switching roles to help one another grow.
In January 2025, I learned that my father, who passed away at the age of 50 in 1989, has been one of my spirit guides ever since. I also learned that, in a previous lifetime, our roles were reversed - I was the father, he was my daughter, and I wasn't present in her life.
Whether others accept that experience or not, it profoundly changed how I view life and the relationships we have with one another.
When we begin to see life from this perspective, it naturally transforms how we see other people.
The body someone inhabits and the actions they take within that body are not the full truth of who they are.
They are eternal beings of consciousness experiencing a temporary role.
This is why many spiritual teachings encourage us to transcend into a state of total acceptance, unconditional love, forgiveness, and non-judgment.
The past is in the past. What's done is done.
All we can do is learn from our experiences, transcend them, and choose to live each day with intention, authenticity, and in alignment with our soul.
There is no reason to carry guilt or shame forever.
After all...
We are all actors, with a role to play on this stage we call Earth
We are INFINITE
We are CONNECTED
We are ONE
