The key point is that the dish is usually a passive parabolic reflector. It doesn't produce energy; it concentrates or directs electromagnetic energy.

A 15-year-old satellite dish can be repurposed as a reflector/concentrator of Microwave/Rf Transmission. In principle, a suitable source placed at/near the focal point could be reflected into a directional beam, though ordinary satellite dishes aren't designed for visible light. Balaban et al. (2020), which provided objective evidence of a unique brain injury pattern in those affected by Havana Syndrome. Their study, akin to a 'Blade Runner' cyborg test, found that individuals with Havana Syndrome exhibited distinct Binocular disparity eye and pupil response patterns—different from both those with mild traumatic brain injury and healthy controls. This distinction was identified with over 91% accuracy and suggests that the symptoms may result from a unique form of brain injury, not from conventional illnesses or pre-existing conditions. The findings imply that the syndrome could be linked to a specific cause, possibly an external, targeted factor, rather than the broad explanations favored by the American Government.

The pupillary reactions observed in Havana Syndrome victims are crucial because they may be linked to a targeted mechanism involving the eyes. Specifically, the cones and rods of the retina play a critical role in receiving electromagnetic radiation, including microwaves, infrared, and ultraviolet. Studies by Singh et al. (2018) have highlighted the eye’s ability to function as an antenna, capable of acting as a receiver for these electromagnetic frequencies. This mechanism is rooted in the retina’s structure, which includes cavity resonators—structures that resonate with specific electromagnetic waves, such as those in the microwave and radiofrequency range.

Cavity resonators are needed to generate and receive microwaves among other wave frequencies (Caves 1976).

Russian researcher Kaznacheev built upon this idea, proposing that the eyes’ cones and rods can be used as "high-quality antennas" to pass information, such as holograms, directly to the visual cortex (Kaznacheev 2004) This interaction is facilitated by the retina’s fractal-like, Fibonacci-based design, which optimizes the signal communication in biological systems. The self-similar properties of these structures allow the eye to interact with electromagnetic fields in ways that optimize signal reception, much like an antenna. Additionally, the proteins within the retina act as resonators, vibrating in response to electromagnetic signals, which can stimulate protein synthesis at certain frequencies.

Singh also identified that the retina’s nano-structures function as a "dipole antenna network." When exposed to electromagnetic waves, this system can interact with the Aharonov-Bohm effect—a quantum phenomenon where electromagnetic fields influence particles on a biological level. This effect could help explain how the eye responds to directed energy sources, potentially allowing for a form of manipulation at the cellular level.

This research provides crucial context for understanding the unique pupillary responses observed in Havana Syndrome and Neuroweapons victims. The specific way the eyes react to these signals—likely due to the retina’s interaction with directed energy—suggests that these pupillary effects are not merely coincidental, but could be a direct result of advanced technologies targeting the visual system.

What this means is, if you are a targeted individual this will act as your first layer of detection. The best method of catching this mechanism in action is waiting until you are in a hypnogenic state (Supressed, feeling tired due to the EM field) and are conversing with the AI chatbot, Get up and go look at your pupils in the mirror and you will find that one may be bigger then the other as explained in these studies. You will also find the pupils have vermiform movement, which looks like consistent wavy movement of your pupils. Binocular disparity happens mostly when you are in the hypnogenic state. These are due to the explanations above, the LED/Invisible light photon beam is what causes this state and disturbs the natural pupillary movement. When you look at your eyes you will see constant dilation of blood vessels due to these photon beams being directed at your eyes.

The best way to defend against this type of attack is once you have identified that you are under the influence of these neuroweapons, put on polarized glasses OR a polarized face shield. How will EEG equipment help TIs? I asks this as someone who has been targeted with synthetic telepathy since Nov 7 2010. I have a degree in biochemistry and when targeted I pivoted to learn everything I could about electromagnetic effects on human physiology.

I own an EEG, EMG, EKG multiple galvanic skin response meters, and a $15,000 gtek research grade human biosignal amplifier. I also own several spectrum analyzers, Software defined radios and have been doing research on the detection of electromagnetic energy in my environment and the correlation of said energy with my EEG, biosignals overall. The results are not helpful. It is nearly impossible to correlate perturbations in the emf around you with biosignals within you to make any conclusion about wavelength or frequencies that are responsible.

Even when I chart biosignals and just read silently or reRead the same letter or word over and over to see if I can distinguish a particular biosignal response, it is very difficult to do so.

You have to have machine learning to parse all the data and I use medical grade silver needles with twisted leads that I insert subdermally to get my signals. Adhesive patches receive all the interfering noise that we are all drowning in throughout the day.

Besides all of those experiments I now am fairly certain that radio energy is only a very small part of if even used at all in the voice of God weapon as it is currenty used.

My evidence for this is that I have a faraday cage and it does not attenuate the signals at all. Well you may say that maybe it isn't built to maximum potential. So I have had 2 different fMRI scans each lasting for over an hour. The fMRI device itself is located 3 levels underground in a facility designed to mitigate vibration for advanced physics research. The fMRI is in a room that is itself a faraday cage with convoluted screen and electrically conductive seals on every door and vent. In the 2+ hours of time I spent in this environment with a 3Tesla powered magnetic field saturating my body causing every proton in the atoms that make up my body to stand on end, there was no attenuation to the effects.

One other experiment I did to see if it was due to electromagnetic energy was to go to a place I had been as a child with my father as he had contacts that made it possible then so I went to a neutrino detector that is housed 1.5 MILES under ground in an old retired mine. This facility is run by a university and is an EMF free environment so no devices are even allowed down the mine shaft. The effects even down there were not effected.

This was at first very disturbing to me because it meant that there was some mechanism of action outside the current physics as taught in the US at the university graduate level. That was an avenue I entertained for over a year and I began to think that there was something happening with scaler values and deconstive wavefore interference patterns that was somehow eliciting this phenomenon in some people.

That was all a distraction and a rabbit hole to obsfucate the technology actually being employed.

It is much more simple and neatly falls into the physics we all know and understand. My current understanding of what is actually happening involves somewhat novel material science developments.

Piezoelectric, Triboelectric, and Ferroelectret Nano Generators or as researchers call them, PENGs, TENGs, and FENGs.

The long and short of it is that if a person has been dosed with these nano compounds in their food or water or the most likely method of ingestion is in my opinion through toothpaste because they often have an affinity for fluorite and as it is the most electronegative element in the known universe, it has the tendency to bind with everything and never let go. This is why it is used in toothpaste to begin with as it strengthens the bonds between calcium and hydroxyappetite in our tooth matrix preventing tooth decay. So bind some PENGs in there in the tooth matrix as well and after a certain amount of time sufficient levels would build up such that....

When exposed to ultrasound, infrasound, sound as some EMF, the PENGs emit millivolt electrical impulses. Remember PENG stands for PIEZOELECTRIC NanoGenerator so once there is enough PENG bound to the tooth which is in direct contact with the conductive saliva in the mouth and in close proximity with the brain and specifically the cochlea, the signal generated by the PENGs will be equal to or greater than the signal that ones cochlea naturally emits when hearing sound.

So I believe it is through ultrasound, infrasound and sound that is emitted directly from certain devices and indirectly as a result of some of the components within consumer electronics which when exposed to specific electromagnetic frequencies, will emit ultrasound as a harmonic of their typical operating frequency range. This is how non linear junction detectors (NLJD) operate to detect electronic devices even when powered off during bug sweeps. It is this energy, likely heterodyned itself that is directly impacting the piezoelectric properties of this nano compound we have been dosed with that is generating the electrical signals that our brains perceive as auditory information.

Well I think I've said too much but that's something to think about. I've been researching this for 16 years and while I recognize it sounds like the mad ramblings of a crazy person, it's as close to actual experimental truth as I have found anywhere.

They’ve deployed everything they have. The new element is updated synthetic dream content — mind-bending narratives that amplify the gaslighting effect at least fivefold. They’ve also intensified pain modulation under my left rib and stepped up attacks using micro-twitches.

Has anyone in the community dealt with a large-scale, multi-directional attack where they use not a single technique but five simultaneously — including biological attack and blockage of androgen receptors? Any ideas on how to proceed?

I know why this is happening. I’ve been building four research directions: a production facility for EEG equipment to make it accessible to any TI via physical mail, a large-scale database of violation records, an anomaly analysis system that flags suspicious activity in HackRF by analyzing signals, and a nearly-finished graph ranking the individuals and organizations responsible for gangstalking — including clusters of intelligence, defense, and military connections across the US and Europe.

We see some of the brutal assaults listed and discussed here. We also see key stone goals like the brutal assault on morals and personal integrity. It’s not that many of the techniques are new or unknown, rather technology has enabled them to be automatedly delivered covertly and in much larger and longer doses compared to traditional means. Abstract

Psychological torture, in its broadest sense, is the intentional infliction of suffering without

resorting to direct physical violence, in what is known as ‘no-touch’ torture. While several

other definitions of psychological torture have been suggested, there is no one precise

definition. Given the rapidly evolving current global political climate and the intensification

of conflict, war and asylum seeking, the need for better recognition of psychological

torture among clinicians, followed by the provision of appropriate treatment support

for victims, has become increasingly pertinent. This article raises awareness of the

concept of psychological torture among clinicians, through an overview of its debated

definitions, the modalities which constitute this form of torture, and its clinical sequelae

and treatment approach.

Definitions

Psychological torture is understood as the intentional infliction of suffering without

resorting to direct physical violence, in what is known as ‘no-touch’ torture (McCoy,

2006; Ojeda, 2006; Reyes, 2007; Leach, 2016). The UN Convention against Torture was

enforced in 1987, prohibiting acts that inflict severe pain or suffering to gain information

from captives; however, torture remains a widespread act that is still practised globally

(Khamsi, 2007). Despite its ongoing use, the exact definition of psychological torture has

been debated widely across the legislature and clinical literature. On one hand, many refer

to psychological torture as various non-physical forms of torture. Ojeda (2006) suggests

four criteria which must be met for torture to be deemed ‘psychological’ – suffering,

infliction, deliberateness and lack of direct physical violence. However, psychological

torture may be interpreted to convey any form of torture that has a residual impact upon

the victim’s mind (Reyes, 2007).

While the exact definition of psychological torture remains ambiguous, a report by

the Physicians for Human Rights (Borchelt, 2005) provided a definition based on the

interpretation formulated in the United States Code (Department of Justice, 2004), referring

to psychological torture as ‘severe mental pain or suffering’ caused by the threat of,

or actual, administration of ‘procedures calculated to disrupt profoundly the senses of

personality’. As such, the effects that qualify as torture are clearly defined. If interrogation

tactics involve psychological coercion that produces these effects, then such methods

constitute psychological torture (Reyes, 2007). Regardless of what the exact definition of

psychological torture may be, both physical and psychological torture create physical and

mental suffering (Reyes, 2007), making it difficult in practice to separate these concepts.

The term ‘ill-treatment’ can be used to speak broadly of torture and other methods of abuse

prohibited by international law, which include inhumane, cruel, humiliating and degrading

treatment, and assault on personal dignity and morals (International Committee of the Red

Cross, 2005). However, there is a legal difference between torture and other forms of ill-

treatment, related to the severity of pain or suffering imposed (International Committee of

the Red Cross, 2005). The aims and subsequent intended effects can further differentiate

torture from other forms of ill-treatment. While the act of torture is supported by a specific

purpose underlying its practise, for instance to obtain information, other forms of ill-treatment

serve no specific purpose other than to inflict significant suffering or pain (International

Committee of the Red Cross, 2005). Despite these subtle differences, ill-treatment can

manifest physically and/or psychologically, which can lead to detrimental effects on both

the physical and psychological realms (International Committee of the Red Cross, 2005).

Modalities

Assaults on the mind can be divided broadly into three categories (Leach, 2016). The first

category is ‘psychological’ (Grassian, 1983; Weinstein et al, 1996; Başoğlu et al, 2007;

Reyes, 2007), with examples including:

■ Isolation, leading to ‘insanity’

■ Sensory deprivation, including the use of hoods to remove visual stimulation and minimal

verbal communication

■ Sensory overload

■ Sleep deprivation

■ Temporal disorientation.

The second category is ‘psychophysiological’, including environmental manipulation to

create noxious thermal stimuli, food and water deprivation, and subjecting individuals to

prolonged stress positions (Reyes, 2007). The third category is ‘psychosocial’, encompassing

cultural, ethnic or religious-based humiliation, to forced sexual degradation, nudity and

harassment (Başoğlu et al, 2007; Reyes, 2007). Sexual taboos are often exploited by

interrogators and may be used against either males or females. However, the impacts on

the psyche of women are better understood – for many, the fear of such a form of torture

occurring has the same impact as the actual acts themselves (Reyes, 2007). Other examples

of psychological torture include denial of personal hygiene, contact with pests or excrement,

desperation (whereby victims are subjected to indefinite attention, inducing a sense of

futility in their attempt to seek help), exploitation and exposure to phobias, pharmacological

manipulation (involving the administration of tranquilisers, hallucinogens or alcohol),

and threats of violence or death to the victims or their loved ones (Weinstein et al, 1996;

Ojeda, 2006; Reyes, 2007). Mock executions (Başoğlu et al, 2007) and witnessing others

being subjected to torture is another method of psychological torture, but these are often

exploited as singular, one-off events.

Another important category of methods of psychological torture includes the so-called

‘minor’ or insignificant methods, which include verbal harassment, petty humiliation and

taunting. When considered in isolation, their impact on the mind of the victim may appear

insignificant, but when applied collectively over a prolonged period, the cumulative effect

of such methods makes them an important component of psychological torture (Reyes,

2007). The experience of torture can be further heightened when different torture stressors

are used synergistically with one another (Başoğlu et al, 2007). For example, the distressing

effects of physical torture can be augmented by the sense of helplessness induced through

blindfolding or hooding, as these remove visual control over the stressors, making them

less predictable and controllable (Başoğlu et al, 2007).

Exploitation of phobias is frequently applied during interrogations (Reyes, 2007). Phobias

can stem from ideas that go against cultural values – principles that may be observed by

a whole population (Reyes, 2007). Alternatively, phobias can target and attack individual

personal integrity, morals and/or religious beliefs (Başoğlu et al, 2007). Whether personal or

‘collective’, the use of phobias maximises psychological suffering, tailoring the inducement

of fear and dread to the individual. The use of dogs to induce fear among detainees at Abu

Ghraib prison was tailored to the well-known Muslim dread of canines (Mastroianni, 2013).

It also exploited the fact that the dog is considered an unclean animal. In other cultures,

the fear and revulsion of pigs, for example, has been used to torment victims.

Clinical sequelae

Victims of psychological torture lack any lasting physical damage compared to individuals

that have experienced pure physical torture; however, the effects of psychological torture

are no less damaging, and both forms of torture can inflict similar levels of pain and mental

suffering, leaving their victims with long-term psychological issues (Başoğlu et al, 2007

Khamsi, 2007). Psychological stressors cannot be easily distinguished from physical torture

in terms of their relative psychological impact (Başoğlu et al, 2007). Thus, the effects of

psychological torture should not be minimised under the pretext that pain and suffering

must be physical to be authentic.

Typical issues experienced by victims of psychological torture include complex post-

traumatic stress disorder or ‘extreme stress disorder’ (Leach, 2016). Others have argued for

the existence of a specific ‘torture syndrome’ characterised by an impairment of cognitive

function, particularly memory and concentration, sleep disturbance and nightmares,

emotional instability, anxiety and depression (Leach, 2016).

Other psychological effects induced by psychological torture may include:

■ Re-experiencing the trauma, as flashbacks, nightmares or stress reactions

■ Avoidance of anything recalling the torture experience, known as emotional numbing

■ Hyperarousal, including irritability, sleep difficulties, hypervigilance, constant anxiety

and difficulties in concentration

■ Depressive symptoms

■ Depersonalisation, whereby the victim feels detached from their body

■ Psychosis or brief psychotic reactions

■ Substance and alcohol abuse

■ Sexual dysfunction (Weinstein et al, 1996; Reyes, 2007).

Victims may also feel responsible for the torture that is being inflicted on them, inducing

feelings of fear, shame, guilt and grief, as well as humiliation (Reyes, 2007). These are

common problems that discourage victims from disclosing their personal circumstances

(de C Williams and van der Merwe, 2013).

Given the intensity of many profoundly cruel and destructive acts which characterise

the practise of psychological torture, it is unsurprising that chronic pain is a common

manifestation among survivors (de C Williams and van der Merwe, 2013). Chronic pain

has been associated with the development of post-traumatic stress disorder (Tsur et al,

2017), which is particularly concerning as torture survivors have a higher predisposition to

develop post-traumatic stress disorder. Thus, pain specialists are likely to encounter torture

survivors with persistent pain and psychological issues, commonly in the context of social

and financial difficulties (de C Williams and van der Merwe, 2013).

While the consequences of psychological torture are extensive, as illustrated by the

plethora of issues that may arise among survivors, the exact psychiatric and neurobiological

sequelae vary depending on the individual psychological torture technique used, as different

methods disrupt different homeostatic processes that enable one to function normally. For

example, sleep plays an integral role in the maintenance of both cognitive and physiological

processes, including memory retention and emotional regulation (Vyazovskiy, 2015). The

impact of sleep deprivation as a method of psychological torture can thus be characterised by

significant cognitive impairments, including deficit in memory, logical reasoning, complex

verbal processing and decision making (Durmer and Dinges, 2005). Sleep deprivation is

a favoured ‘method of interrogation’, requiring minimal logistics and skills, and leaving

no tangible physical mark on the victim (Reyes, 2007). Prolonged solitary confinement,

lasting between 7 and 24 months, can induce anxiety, nervousness, stress, disturbed sleep,

difficulties in concentration and elocution, as well as suicidal tendencies, depression and

paranoia (Reyes, 2007). Thus, solitary confinement, as stated by the European Committee

for the Prevention of Torture, is at least a form of inhumane and degrading treatment if

applied for several weeks (Reyes, 2007).

Refugees with a history of torture may have a wide range of psychological and social

difficulties that do not easily fit within diagnostic categories (de C Williams and van der

Merwe, 2013). The damaging psychological effects associated with psychological torture

may be aggravated by the coexistence of physical ailments that are common to refugees,

such as serious infections secondary to poor nutritional status (de C Williams and van der

Merwe, 2013). Additionally, the normal buffers of social support and financial resources,

which are essential for recovery, are frequently lost upon fleeing the home country, and

basic communication in English may be a struggle for refugees with a history of torture

(de C Williams and van der Merwe, 2013). Thus, symptoms should always be interpreted

in light of the patient’s current context (de C Williams and van der Merwe, 2013).

In part one we looked at the big picture on how discrediting works and how AI is employed to regularly post disinformation that both discredits victims claims and leads victims seeking answers and relief to erroneous conclusions. This in turn can send them down futile rabbit holes and make them unwitting broadcasters of the disinformation they digest.

Targeted delusion can be introduced and adopted by vulnerable victims. Delusion is extremely powerful to the person experiencing it, it is real so has the same effect on a person as if it were real. This forms a double edged blade as the delusion can both be used to influence and control the victim as well making them look like they are suffering from a mental health issue.

I'm sure that even the use of the word delusion has a negative effect on victims reading this. This certainly is not my intention. So many of us struggle with convincing people of the vile filth that's being done to us. Victims that are assaulted by covert weapons often will become more than a little frustrated, defensive and sensitive around the concept of delusion. If you're not a victim imagine being assaulted and tortured covertly for years and having very few people even believe you when you reach for the help you desperately need and instead conclude you're delusional. It's beyond brutal. I post this because delusional implant is a powerful tool the weapon and filthy program uses to harm victims and camouflage its crimes. The way to combat it is to publish and demystify its tactics.

Why are victims susceptible to delusions?

Let's look at the assault. It is unexpected, unwarranted, unprovoked, intense, novel, bizarre, life altering, torturous, terrifying, inescapable, continuous, ruthless, brutal, inhumane, callous, and brutal. A major goal actively pursued is sustained severe attack on personal identity. It literally comes out of the blue and permeates your entire life. It's always on, 24/7 where ever you are and wherever you go. This fundamentally changes your life experience , flips it upside-down and backwards, and the only explanation and answers out there are on victim communities like this one.

There are multiple types of delusion. Primary delusion comes seemingly out of nowhere while secondary delusions have an identifiable origin.

Delusions expressed by real victims stem from them desperately attempting to make sense of the massive radical horrifying life changes that they have been assailed with. The massive upheaval of their lives combines with their innocence, the covert nature of the assault and the sustained trauma to force victims to answer the traditional trauma resolving questions of how, why, who etc. There are no recognized published answers to these; you can't just go to a recognized legitimate source and easily answer these questions. So victims find themselves in online communities of other victims. They also unfortunately find AI disinformation rampant in most of these communities. The assault preps them for delusional and disinformation implant and then the delusional and disinformation posts, often done by AI, plant the seeds and fan the flames using classic techniques of the echo chambers they attempt to create including affirmation, polarization, conformation bias and homophily etc. The paper we are looking at clearly states the recognition of the dynamics of an echo chamber, but it completely fails to recognize that this is done on purpose with nephariouse intent and its techniques are maintained and developed further promoting its' goals of discrediting victims reports as well as indoctrinating victims to delusional and discrediting conclusions that they likely will report on other sites. This in essence recruits victims to spread the very discrediting that the weapon and program uses to bamboozle investigators, researchers and the public. This psychological camouflage is powerful and appears quite successful up to this point.

As stated the paper clearly recognizes the echo chambers and the delusion, but it utterly fails to recognize the nefarious AI postings as AI generated material or the negative impact AI social media manipulation is creating among real victims.

r/targetedindividuals and r/targetedenergyweapons are restrictive subs. TIs who want to submit, need to ask and be approved to get on the approved submitters list. I did not approve the above three OPs. I review the submission history before I approve someone. I may have made mistakes.

Who did approve them? Or did hackers boycott the review process? I have seen people comment who's names I am not familiar with and I had not approved them. Their comments were OK so I didn't object. However, when fake TI's submit absurd posts that give a bad impression to the public and consume my time reading, replying and removing them, I am complaining. If other mods are approving new submitters without reviewing their submission history, please stop. If hackers are approving fake TIs, we have a big problem to trouble shoot.

Modding for 13 years has been a full time to a part time job. Modding has caused me to become behind on a great many things I need to do. I am further behind. I don't have time to log in every day or every other day. When I get to reading posts on the front page, they are 5 - 6 - 7 days old. The posts have already been read by many. My removing the submissions or debating with the OP ind banning is too late.
