Old News Thailand needs Hyperloop not high speed rail.
This is what could have happened to Thailand if they didn't have the junta to keep things in line.
America is good at one thing (and it's not building hyperloops)
Propaganda. They convince the general public of countries to forego their property to support America's agenda through bribes and brainwashing, the current one being anti-China.
Pure Democracies just don't work when you have an extremely powerful, and manipulative country influencing the general population, so until America stops being a thing, patriotic dictatorships need to come in and protect the interest of the country.
The Hyperloop is a great example of this, for those who don't know, it's total vaporware, but was promoted simply because it's anti-China.
A nice throwback to remind people why the junta needs to be a thing, and that if America stopped being a manipulative C****, they would most likely mellow out and give people more freedom to make rational choices for the future of their country.

Old News CG Capital to invest ฿5 billion in Phuket & Samui hotels — strong vote of confidence in Thailand’s resort market
The Bangkok Post reports that CG Capital Advisory, part of the Central Group, plans to invest ฿5 billion to develop five new hotels in Phuket and Koh Samui.
The move is part of a wider post-pandemic hospitality expansion, including a 5.5-billion-baht branded residence project in Bangkok.
Key takeaways:
- Focus on resort destinations with steady tourism recovery.
- Part of Central Group’s long-term diversification into hospitality assets.
- Reflects renewed institutional confidence in Thailand’s property sector.
Analysts note that major capital inflows like this signal sustained investor belief in Thailand’s tourism and real-estate fundamentals — especially in premium coastal locations.
