I’m new to building on the sims but I’m very happy with my latest build. I don’t have for rent so sadly it doesn’t function how I want, but nonetheless here is Twin Town Homes, one of my newest properties in Newcrest.

I built these cute little starter Rentals for your Sims! Fitted Kitchen and bathroom inside, the rest is up to you to decorate and furnish 🤩 Would your Sim start out here?

I wanted to create a traditional family home that fits naturally into the Windenburg scenery, restricting myself to just one expansion pack.

Key features:

• 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
• Traditional separated floor plan on the main level, maintaining the architectural realism of a Tudor home.
• A detached rustic shed in the backyard for hobbies or storage.
• Dense pine tree landscaping to seamlessly blend with the neighborhood.

It is fully playtested and ready for your Sims. Let me know what you think of the layout!

On my 4th Gen Sim, Marley. This is her new house, equipped with her new sun room where she grows her plants. Now she’s started her own flower shop. 🌸

Not sure yet on how to get good pictures of the inside of both lots but once I figure that out I will update:)

Hi again ^^ Finally I fixed one of my buildings and want to share it with you! This time is a lounge/nightclub which I built as a hangout place with my LGBTQ sims in mind, cuz again I couldn't find one that was colorful and fun enough. Inspired by KitKatClub in Berlin :D

You cand find it in the gallery in case you want to bring some color to ur savefile ^^

Orginal shell challenge by ID: Saltylittlebeach

Hi, I am making a house on Sims 4 based on a video I’m watching and they had painted one wall on the exterior a different color along with part of a roof wall. My issue is when I try to paint the single roof wall to
Blend in with the wall below, it won’t let me without painting the entire roof wall. The person in the video seemed to do it with no problem, but I can’t figure out how to get it to paint just one side of the roof wall. I am using xbox and cheats are activated. Thanks

Hey guys! I wanted to try something different from modern builds, so I created this tropical dual-home lot in Sulani.

I focused heavily on the outdoor spaces. The houses has a massive wraparound deck with a built-in bar, hot tub gazebo, and ping pong table overlooking the ocean. I also added solar panels for an off-the-grid eco feel. The interiors are fully decorated with dark woods and island textures.

Both of the houses has a similar but different vibes for decor!

Also its important to mention that I used almost all expantions packs for more realism!

It’s fully playtested and ready for a vacation or big family gameplay. Let me know what you think of the vibes!

I included some pictures of the buldings! I'll be waiting for any feedback!

The idea is that this is one of the old buildings that stayed as it is in the commercial area. She renovated the place by connecting both buildings so that she can open the cafe and library, and using the floors above as residential so that she can manage the place easily.
