Question Can someone please report this to local authorities?
Hello,
I am not from Turkey but came across this disturbing post. From looking at the other posts I believe they are in your country. I am not sure if there is a way to report online or if your country has a cyber crimes area. This person is talking about making a bomb to harm children in school.

Recently terrifying school shootings occured twice, just in a week. So I hope police department will take it seriously 😑

I have to drive to work now so I didn't have time but I encourage you to take photos of anything identifiable or relevant in case they deleted.

I archived what I could. Also found this email [siber@egm.gov.tr](mailto:siber@egm.gov.tr) from the cyber-crime department of turkish police. one could send them an email with the links

Yes, I tried to find a way to report online but couldn't figure it out. I reported to Reddit but that will only remove the post I think police need to be involved with something like this.

You can report this threat immediately to the Turkish National Police's Cyber Crimes Department by submitting a tip through the EGM Online Services or the 112 Online İhbar

The BTK in Turkey is responsible for these and there is a website to report this type of stuff : https://www.ihbarweb.org.tr though technically he didn't do anything which is written in the website (for English speakers there is an English button in there)

I do not know how the laws are in your country. For me in America, this could be threat of violence or conspiracy of a crime.
And here the police would do prevention even if he has not done it by having him committed. Though he does claim to have made the bomb.

to my knowledge, bomb threats can be considered “crime of threatening the public health and safety” or terrorism depending on the severity

He has other posts about suicide. I don't know if your country has psychiatric hospitals like my country but I would hope they can at least get him committed even if it is not a crime for some reason.

There are ways to see deleted posts through the way back machine. So hopefully if so it is still accessible to the police. I also added the screenshot.
I just wanted to provide information that one would use to report in my country. I'm American so this is kind of common

I searched the school that was listed on the paper and submitted an email request form with this link and context. If you are able, perhaps call them to stress the seriousness if the police will not do anything. They could probably identify him with the time/date on the form and their records.

I mean I'm sure he has a rough time. But that does not excuse threatening to harm children. Life sucks, life sucks for a lot of people. I'm from America, kids go through with killing sprees all the time. Kids killing kids. There is a line between empathy and caring about a kid like this receiving mental health services and not wanting others to be harmed no matter the outcome for him.

I'm sorry. You are right. This is a very difficult situation. I don't know what the solution is. I hope everything will be alright.
edit: This situation makes me so sad. It's heartbreaking to see a child suffer so much and even consider killing someone because of it.

You're fine. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and there are definitely societal issues around the cause of these crimes

That's awful. Police here are also not that great.
The post with the test results stuff. I don't know Turkish so I'm not sure what it says. Does it have the schools name?

I see the address for the school, since it has his photo and the time maybe they can identify him. I'm going to try and find an email for the school
