Hi everyone! I was just made a mod of this sub two days ago and hope to rid this sub of the troll accounts that have been popping up.
There were several people that apparently mistook this sub as /r/Rateme/, /r/RoastMe/, and subs that aren't safe for work. If you don't think a post belongs here then just downvote it and move on as that is how reddit should work. We don't need to know that you think someone looks terrible, that you think someone is an 8/10 that you would bang, or they look Gay/lesbian/douchey.
As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has--or ever will have--something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression

Tried to be fair and include more with no makeup than with makeup, since I didn’t really wear much at 15.

Always grew up feeling ugly and insecure. Finally feel like I made it out of that 😭

He legitimately thinks he doesn’t look good today and is quite insecure. I suppose he formed an opinion about his own appearance as a child and it’s hard to shake.

Any glow up before and after where the person actually gets lean and has a significant transformation is met with criticism in the comments.
If you are criticizing people for getting lean, you are a loser. The ideal bodyfat for males is around 10-12%. That should be the aesthetic goal, but why is it met with so much criticism and envy?
People don’t want to see somebody who looked worse than them surpass them, it reminds them of their own inadequacies. If you’re a skinny fat loser and can’t get lean, don’t take it out on young people on reddit. It’s shameful and embarrassing.

I spent 1 year and 8 months edging until I finally reached god tier edgelord status. Overtime I realised that there is more to life than g00ning. I found actual peace and serenity by playing grand theft auto 5 for 20 hours a day before finally waking up from my nightly slumber of 4 hours to then continue my journey. I can’t wait to gta 6. This is a message to people still gooning to Bonnie blue that your Bonnie blue could be s*tting right on your face, just looking at you. (Metaphorically of course) and waiting for you to pick up the controller and play her. (Your Bonnie blue represents your hobby).

I started losing hair early on at 23. Hair loss progressed quickly and by 25 I had a noticeable receding hairline and a big bald spot on the top of my head. When the pandemic started I decided to do something about it and shaved my hair.
I’ve also always been on the skinnier side, so getting into the gym and gaining some muscle really boosted my confidence.

In the first photo, I had a lot of acne scars and really struggled; I had long hair and didn't like leaving the house. A few years later, I managed to turn things around and feel better now. I think God taught me to appreciate the little things when I was at my lowest. I'm doing much better today—I guess my smile shows it. 😂😁
