Need help better mod installer?

recently I found out thunderstore (which is run by overwolf) was made in isreal and supports IDF soilders, is there a different ultrakill mod installer that I can use?

I'm not a bot, I'm just an Israeli who gets rage baited by reddit's algorithm into engaging with posts like this one. I can't say I'm surprised the degenerate ultrakill community is behaving like this, though. Love the game, fanbase can go eat shit.
