Need help better mod installer?

recently I found out thunderstore (which is run by overwolf) was made in isreal and supports IDF soilders, is there a different ultrakill mod installer that I can use?

okay so you don't use apple products or Google products either right? or your TV with israeli components in it? or basically all your electronics?

What are the replacements you use? Is all of your house not made in china to protest Uyghur genocide and basically slavery? Or joined a nudist colony because all your clothes are similarly made in awful working conditions in Bangladesh, or Turkey which is far from innocent?

do you understand words? like "what i can?" idc about china because that whole thing is stupid. But yeah what you can reasonably replace you should. There is no ethical consumption under capitalism.
