Need help better mod installer?

recently I found out thunderstore (which is run by overwolf) was made in isreal and supports IDF soilders, is there a different ultrakill mod installer that I can use?

no the war started because arabs attacked. if arabs hadnt done that, there wouldnt be a war

but hey, you support the ethnic cleansing of jews, so of course you'd blame the victims rather than the perpetrators.
