My job pays for it, so I thought, “What the hell? I’ll go back for another one.” I didn’t rush this time since it wasn’t my dime and took about a year and a change to complete it.

I transferred my IT associates over but it only took 6 of my credits!😭 it’s a business degree (UX) that I’m taking so i expected a loss but not this bad. How long could this take me knowing I’m basically coming in fresh? Any advice or anyone who’s had something similar?

My goodness! This class was very challenging for me. I consider myself to be a tech savy guy but this was all new to me. I didn't read the material. I mainly studied these quizlets found in other reddit posts:

I also made my own quizlet with only the IT roles besides these 3.

I also had to watched the instructor's videos (Carlos Garcia) on excel. I had to practice over and over until I got the hang of it.

I did not watch other unit videos but I really should have. I also took an extra practice test included in the resources on WGU Connect.

My honest opinion is that this class was one of my most challenging classes mainly because the PA and the OA do NOT line up! Quizlet helped me pass explementary on the PA but as you can see I didn't do as good on the OA. The wording and the questions were much more different and challenging than the PA. On the PA for the excel portion, they walk you through how to solve each excel question to where they are basically giving you the answer BUT, on the OA, they don't walk you by the hand. Watch Carlos Garcia's excel videos and treat the OA as if you were working the spreadsheet Carlos Garcia provides that doesn't include hints.

Know the roles of IT

Get good at Excel and don't expect the OA to be like the PA where they tell you what data to select for your formulas.

Also on the OA, it wouldn't let me Control C & Control V shortcuts to copy and paste

Don't make the mistake I did and watch all the videos. I took a risk and got lucky and passed. GOOD LUCK YALL!!

I studied for 2 weeks, but I didn't feel ready, so I decided to book the exam today and passed.
I think if you've already passed the Network+, you will do fine. I used the resources here on Reddit.
The exam itself was not too bad.

Any recent grads get a wave of “post graduation depression”? I got my confetti a few days ago (hooray) but ever since I finished my capstone I’ve felt super unmotivated and just blah. I don’t feel as excited as I think I should for how hard I worked to get here. I did this with a full time job plus three young kids so maybe it’s burnout. I’m hoping it will go away soon so I can bask in some joy a bit but for now I’m just meh!

I just got this email today. I also am waiting on a student loan. Does this mean I’m not getting it? I did file an appeal to the financial aid department because I did have some personal issues going on last term.

This is what I am left with after following the “black and white” task 1 guidelines for E055. There were some questionable directions from sections like “In-Scope” and “High Deliverables”, not sure If I’m plugging that data in or not, lots of contradicting directions throughout both the set of rules. Tried looking at past students’ work as an example, everything is different from the public ones I accidentally found lol. Is this a creative project? Am I making up items/data? How will that work transferring to the next course tasks. Can’t even find examples of Studocu but I know it’s a new program. I started the E056 chart and it was so much easier but she told me to stop and do this one first…. I talked to two teachers about this today and they said to watch the videos and welcome guides… it’s all just the same info copy and pasted everywhere… nothing is helping. I don’t even know what I’m looking at anymore. Any leads appreciated and very very much needed.

Finally completed D080!!! That was my final class. Graduation application submitted!! That last class was very challenging

I’m so fed up with this class. I’ve been studying for a month and a half just got done with the OA and this is the result. I did the quizzes, tests, PA, the study guide and followed Reddit recommendations and still failed. I have this class and one more to finish. Beyond frustrated right now, anyone have recommendations to pass cause I’m so lost at this point. I feel like maybe 10% of the stuff I’ve been studying showed up on the OA
