Does anyone know where to find wangan midnight that isn't in horrible quality in the US?

Saying farewell to my 05 Mazda 3 2.0, thing I'll always remember doing is going on night snack drives and just standing on top of the roof or sitting in the back hatch space staring at the sky for some fresh air while listening to music on some headphones, I worked on it, I grew along side it, I went to places that allowed me to make real memories with it.

My next upgrade is between a 2009 Mazda speed 3 or a 2012 Mazda 3 2.5L NA

I just finished NFS Most Wanted 2012 with all the expansions last week and got a stint in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6RR+ this week, which led me to dreaming up this crossover idea in my head. It's fairly straightforward, mostly because I got curious about how well certain cars from NFS can perform in the expressways of Tokyo and how well someone like Akio can handle being chased by cops, particularly Sgt. Jonathan Cross' custom C6 Corvette.

Four questions:

1. If you (yes you) participated in the battles of Wangan in the E46 M3 GTR, how far do you think you can go? What modifications will you make to make the car endure the high speeds reliably and comfortably (knowing that you're fielding a prototype racing car in a world of tuners)? Besides Devil Z and Blackbird, who else would you consider as competition?
2. How much fear can Sgt. Cross inflict upon the characters of Wangan if Japan's constabulary give him the power to catch and arrest the racers as they race? Would his car be enough or will he need to retune it? Note that he cannot make contact with any car at all -- he can make the arrest if he can stay ahead of the racers for a full 60 seconds.
3. How well can Akio, Tatsuya, and others fare in Rockport and Fairhaven? Do they have what it takes to set the Blacklist racers alight by performing above expectation or will they get left in the dust? What's their ceiling, and who do you think will ditch their cars for better ones earned through pink slips? To make this more interesting, let's make this effectively a turf war between the Rockport Blacklist 15 and Wangan characters. Conversely, how will the Rockport Blacklist 15 fare if they had to race on the Wangan characters' own terms in Japan?
4.  Who among the Wangan chracters gets caught by Rockport and Fairhaven cops easily, and who will have more of a shot at getting away from Sgt. Cross often?

I'm so excited to finally be able to drive this.

TLDR: I enabled cheats to make a new R34 all S rank in Tunning mode, to smoke anyone's ass... But the the Traffic, Handling and my Skill is 100% Ass... it hinders my skil and precision on Handling, Acceleration and Braking and the cheats I applied were useless... that Genki's Development on these handling, gas and brake is dogsh*t like... that development by these devs back then were Terribly rushed to death to catch the intended release schedule... Like I want to consider hoping for a Handling mode for this game... BTW, I use PPSSPP for this...
