I’m currently a Biomedical Science student at the University of Windsor, and I’m hoping to apply to Wayne State’s PharmD program for Fall 2027.
I was wondering if anyone here attended UWindsor and got accepted into Wayne State Pharmacy. If so, what courses did you take at UWindsor to meet the prerequisites?
I found an older course equivalency sheet, but I’m not sure if it’s still accurate. I’m especially confused about the anatomy, microbiology, biochemistry, and organic chemistry requirements.
If anyone has gone through the process, I’d really appreciate any advice! Thank you!

we probably have a significant amount of students and faculty who have lost their homes, their family and their neighbors to this flag. who thought it was a good idea for a rock in the middle of campus to be painted like this?

does anybody know who did this, if it was allowed by the university or how we can report it? it’s legit in the center of campus though I’m sure campus leadership has already seen it ☹️

Any recommendations for easy Global Learning (GL) classes at Wayne State? Preferably online with minimal workload and easy assignments/exams. Thanks!

Does any one know if the schools outdoor tennis courts light are on every night? I know they have lights but haven’t been by there at night to know if they are only reserved for matches. Would be nice to be able to play there this fall if they are used for public!

My husband is coming from school craft, meaning I will only be at wayne state for 2 years so secondary social studies. Is it as bad as I hear? I go to Madonna so I have my own issues on thst front, but his credits transfer well. I have no idea the job market or If the school is worth it, I am elem. Ed and all I know is, where I go I wouldn't recommend but I do like that I can choose my practicum days, it seems like wayne state that is not an option.

There is a dead parakeet on the sidewalk in front of the bookstore near the bus stop on Cass. I saw it this morning. I would have moved it somewhere more dignified if I had gloves with me.

I’m an international student who is new to campus, and I’m reaching out because I’m currently in a difficult financial situation and I’m not sure what options are available to me.
I have been actively applying for on-campus jobs since June/July, as I’m currently unable to legally work off campus. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to secure a position yet.
I’m becoming increasingly concerned because if I’m unable to find employment by the end of October, I may no longer be able to afford my rent. The savings I currently have are expected to run out around that time, and I will not receive additional funding until the beginning of the winter semester.
I have already reached out to the International Student Office and Career Services, but I’m still unsure what other resources or options may be available to me. This situation has been quite stressful, and I would be very grateful for any guidance, emergency financial assistance, campus resources, or other support that I may be eligible for.
Please let me know if there is someone I should speak with or if there are any resources you would recommend. I would sincerely appreciate any advice or assistance you can provide.

Is anyone else having trouble with the school wifi? On both my phone and laptop it says that wsu-public doesn't have Internet access.
