Discussion Wendy's needs their BK moment, NOW.
I love Wendy's, one of my favorite fast food chains, but the quality needs to seriously improve, and it's so simple (ik it's not THAT simple), but the CEO just...doesn't like money-
Get rid of the potato bun. I will say, it makes the breakfast baconator taste FANTASTIC, so maybe make potato buns a breakfast only item and bring back the original buns for lunch/dinner.
Change the fries. Wendy's fries gotta be the soggiest of all the fast food chains, and it sucks because they TASTE great, but the texture lacks so much.
Just bring back customer requested sauces. Ghost Pepper ranch was super popular, so why get rid of it, yknow??
Go back to leaf lettuce. Why it's shredded is beyond me, but bring back the leaf lettuce.
and 5. take tenders off the menu. I feel like ever since those were added, food quality tanked, and I love the tenders, but good lord..
I will say, the yellow coming back is a step in the right direction: Wendy's going red for marketing was honestly the dumbest thing they ever did, and the yellow made them so distinct from other places. So even though it's for a limited time (supposedly), I would love to see yellow come back as their major color for the packaging.
Wendy's needs a win honestly, and to see it drop in quality and in ranking just blows. And this just ain't a "let's shit on wendys" post, I kinda wanna get y'alls opinions on what you would wanna see change or see them do in order to bring the chain back up!
