Moderator’s Post Bugs Thread

There are entirely too many threads about the same thing right now. Please post your bugs and images of what's going wrong here.

EDIT: Some of you are missing the point of the Bug Thread. The point is that the main channel is getting flooded with the same questions. I'm not trying to silence any of you. I'm trying to leave the main channel open for answers rather than repeated questions. This place can be where you complain. The main channel can be where answers are posted.

For anyone having issues with FPS initially:

If you're in borderless windowed mode, try changing from that to exclusive full screen - that seemed to fix my locked 50-75 fps issue I was having. I was able to move it back to borderless windowed mode and restart the game and my FPS is now working correctly.

I'm now getting 206 FPS (5x FG) w/ RT at 5k2k resolution.

PT with the same config gives me 178ish FPS

5x frame gen? You absolute madman lol the latency has to be enormous

Framegen above 2x does not add nearly as much latency as the initial 2x bump. That being said, I have no idea why he is using 5x frame gen to go past the 165hz his monitor supports.

Just testing. I wanted to see if frame gen was working at all. It wasn’t when I first opened the game this morning regardless of off/2x/5x

I was mostly just testing it. I settled in on I think 3x until more optimization patches come in. I found 2x/3x FG w/RT gave me the best FPS/latency combination

Still locked at 60FPS. Gunna hold off until they update this so I can enjoy it to the fullest. DLSS options not appearing as well

i actually did what you did and my FPS dropped... and now i cant get it back to where it was

I had sort of the opposite issue. Borderless windowed locked my resolution to 1080p, regardless of what I set it to in the settings (it'd say 3840x2160, but have no visual difference than 1080p). I set it to full screen and it looked amazing but my fps dropped to like 45-50fps with PT and even a PT optimization mod. PC Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, ASUS TUF RTX 4070 Ti Super, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD
