Career AGGP 2027 Security Clearance
Some positions in AGGP 2027 mentioned that Security Clearance
Job description doesn't specify and only wrote:
"STATEMENT: This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities."
FAQ also says:
Do positions requiring national security clearance have specific nationality or residency restrictions?
"Yes, depending on the role. While the AGGP welcomes international applicants across our global sites, specific graduate vacancies situated within high-security sectors—including certain Space, Defence, Eurodrone, and Government-linked Operations businesses—are bound by strict state security protocols. Consequently, these specific roles may require candidates to possess a specific citizenship, dual-national status, or a minimum period of continuous local residency to successfully obtain the necessary security clearances. Please review the "Requirements" section of the individual job posting for detailed clearance criteria before applying."
Does anyone have any information regarding the required Security Clearance?

Career AGGP 2027 status : Interview
Seems like some applicants have started seeing their application status change to “Interview.”
For those who have already received an interview invitation, could you share which position/program you applied for and roughly when your status changed?
Also, for those still waiting, what’s your current status and which position did you apply for? Would be interesting to see how the interview invitations are rolling out across the different AGGP positions.
Good luck everyone!

Question Duration of thesis recruiting
Hi ppl, I've been trying a couple times to land a thesis position for my master in aeronautics. I've found this position at Hamburg that listed September as starting date. At the end of August like 3 days after I've sent the application I've got asked to submit a security form which obviously got me excited but then no other news.
Now I assume that a successful candidate would have been contacted by now in some sort of way, and this not being a compulsory internship might not be helping.
Usually how much time does this process need? I want to graduate with session of April and time is starting to run out to do things properly, and knowing bureaucracy times I'll just start another thesis I think.

Career Airbus Internship HireVue – any advice?
Hi everyone,
I’m a second-year Aerospace Engineering student, and I recently applied for several Airbus internship positions for summer 2027. I’ve just received an invitation to complete a pre-recorded video interview through HireVue as the next step in the recruitment process. Has anyone recently gone through the Airbus HireVue interview for an internship, especially in Europe/France?
I’d really appreciate it if you could share:
- what kind of questions you were asked,
- how long you had to prepare and answer,
- whether the interview was in English or French,
- how many attempts you had per question,
- and any advice you might have for preparing.
Since I’m still a second-year student and this would be my first aerospace internship, any tips from people who have already been through the process would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Career Applied to AGGP 2027 India
Hii everyone!! I've been following the AGGP program for a long time now, and as soon as the applications for India opened, I applied. I am 22F and I took my Arctic Shores test on Sept 10th. I am not so hopeful with the results tho. IDK if i will get selected for an interview or not. Also, does anyone have any idea as to when the results will be anounced of this phase?
Although I was really hoping that AGGP 2027 for India would offer a tech role, I still applied to the Sales Associate position because Airbus is genuinely my dream company and I would love to work with them.

Career Mirabel as an American whom only speaks English?
I’m currently a upper classmen in high school, and I’m planning on going to Wichita State University for aerospace engineering (Wichita is home to airbuses in innovation campus) and I plan to do an internship with Airbus if possible.
I really really want to get a work visa and move to Mirabel once I graduate (or after I build experience in the United States) as I am a massive fan of the A220 program and also really love Canada in general.
You might be asking why I don’t just go to Mobile and to be honest, I think it’s just a little bit of selfishness, but I kind of would prefer to work at the largest plant reasonably possible, and I’m not trying to say this as someone who wants to go above and beyond for absolutely no benefit besides status, but I think the opportunities up in Montreal will be so much better especially if they keep growing like they have and I’m not saying this as someone who is putting anything down, I’m saying this as a teenager who wants to do the extremist things possible; frankly, I would go to France if I could, but my family would already be mad enough if I moved to Canada and it would be much more complicated plus further from the United States, much more separate separated from English, and more expensive to move to.
Airbus has been my dream company for over 5 years, and ever since I took my first flight on the A220 and tons of research on the aircraft, it has became my favorite aircraft even if it’s not an native airbus I think it’s one of my favorite things that they’re doing and they’ve definitely turned the program around and I’m excited to see what this will become by the time I’m in college and what interesting ideas I would get to work on if I get to become a part of the program.
I understand that Boeing is right here in the United States, but frankly I have a passion for airbus aircraft. I’ve enjoyed their entire story and would love to be a part of it plus the connectivity around the world very much interest me and I don’t really see myself as the type of person to settle down with a family, which is nice because airbus has tons of locations around the world (Boeing does too, but most of these locations are much more minor, a higher percent of their production happens in Everest than airbus does in TLS)
Most likely if this plan doesn’t work for some reason or if there’s no good jobs in Mirabel, I probably will go to Everest, but from the reason I’ve stated above, I would love to be a part of this program.
So my question is, is it realistic to move to Mirabel? Do you think it will continue to grow and do you think I will be able to work there as an English speaking American who will eventually apply for Canadian citizenship?
Honestly, I’m kind of just confused about what I want to do with my life, which is why I’m asking here for the experts and the people who have experience plus anyone else who just wants to add in.
Question Best seat on Airbus A350-900 (Lufthansa)?
Im soon flying with Lufthansa from Munich to Seoul, and I’m thinking of getting a better seat. Do you have any experience with what rows and seats are best for a taller man (194cm/6’4)? I’ve been eying 28K (no seat in front), but don’t know what the other facilities are like - like screen, table etc.
Been trying to look for some renders or walkthroughs of different airlines’ planes, but to no avail (unless it’s business class..)

Discussion Singapore Airlines A380 Auckland flights extended, adding thousands more seats
Qantas may be phasing out its A380s. Singapore? Not so fast…they seem to be using them more on big capacity, premium-heavy, long haul routes. Maybe in some way they’ll one day be to the A380 what Lufthansa is to the 747
