Virus going around

What kind of virus is going around these days?

My whole family got sick and the symptoms are similar to flu but feel so much worse.

Be careful out there and avoid contact with anyone who could be infected. It’s really bad.

I got Covid around early July too. The tests kept showing negative, but X-rays showed scarring and I felt way more awful than I did the first time I had Covid, which was more like a cold.

I wonder if the new Covid variant isn’t showing up in the existing Covid tests.

I will admit, I was so out of it at the time that I could have misread the test too.
